I went during Christmas time when it was extremely busy and packed walking around. They had an assortment of books, clothes, dishes, pins, beanie babies, toys, anything you can think of. There was so many unique items for a reasonable price. I expected the prices to be more on certain items because they're so unique. There weren't many people around to help because it was busy so you have to track someone down. When you're ready to pay you head towards the front of the store and they check you out. The cashier was very nice and asked me how my experience went and commented on my purchases. This is a cool store to visit and shop at if you're ever nearby.

Mission Galleria Riverside, CA…read more Date went 11/8/25 (Saturday) Time went 12:13pm (it was packed, and busier than I've seen it since my last two times I've came here) Atmosphere: I've been to 5 thrift/antiques stores in the Riverside/CA area in the past 2 days, and this one is by far the biggest and has the most to look at. There is literally something for everyone to buy in this 4 floor jammed packed store. Prices $ Mm this one is a bit tricky, while there are a lot of special pieces in this store I feel like there are some pieces that are overpriced (like fast fashion clothing items) juxtaposed to beloved and nostalgic beanie babies being priced for no more than $12.00 (which I expected the prices to be higher). So, honestly it's quite a hit and miss and dependent on your tastes. I'm not sure if this location haggles either as I have not purchased something from here yet. This is the only thing holding me back from eating it 5 stars. Worth it? I'd recommend this location to everyone honestly, even if it's just to kill time. My boyfriend and I spent around 3 hours in here easy, and I believed we may have met the owners (not sure) as well on the bottom floor organizing a display case. I can't remember the man's name, but I believe the woman's name was Jodi and they shared that they've been married for 30 years.

Parking is metered and on the street. $1.00 gets you an hour. Trust me, you won't need it. I walked in the "gallery" and was hit with an overwhelming odor! It smelled like mildew and a convalescent home. It was awful, but I was already here so I decided to give it a chance. The front of the store is empty with an exception of a few canvas paintings- not properly displayed- but on the floor. To the right are some custom framing. I've seen a better selection and pricing at Micheal's Arts and Crafts store. In the next room is where the paintings were hung. They're all a mess as well. In no way do they display new talent or showcase art. The place is dusty and dirty. The staff barely spoke. This can hardly be categorized as a gallery. It's more like an art studio/rec room. Classless and lacking any sophistication. Typical Riverside.

Classes are also held at the gallery and the owner lets people use his printing press and studio space. Support Division 9 because cool places like this in Riverside are very few and far between!

Sometimes it's not just the framing! The word "Gallery"…read moredescribes a place for exhibiting and selling art but really it's so much more. For me it's the experience - the time spent looking, studying, and simply browsing a collection is worth gold to me. Chemers Gallery in Tustin is that place that offers that whole experience. Every time I go in there, which I admit isn't near often enough but probably more than some, I delight in "finds". I have a fairly decent collection of artwork and it's not confined to paintings. I've ceramics, sculptures, glasswork, pottery, photographs, and a few weird pieces of found object works as well. Quite a few of those pieces have come from this jewel of a gallery so close to home. The owner Karen, and her friendly staff have always allowed me the luxury to simply roam. I have to walk through numerous times to take everything in. I get distracted by one or two pieces and then turn around and find something else completely unexpected. And, it becomes mine. I love this place!! I am a retired healthcare designer and Chemers was the art consultant on a few of our firms healthcare projects. What I enjoyed was the chosen works were always different from the predictable works too often seen in healthcare spaces and, they always complimented the concepts of our interiors. I also love the shows and exhibitions they often host here. Often soliciting works from local artists, craftspeople, and even foodies, these "pop-up" shows are always good for gifts, wearables, and sometimes taste-ables! And if I'm lucky, I often walk away with a new piece! I always look forward to stopping in on these shows and could spend an hour or more perusing. Do yourself a favor and visit this gallery - oh, and of course, don't forget, they also do excellent framing!!

Alexa's work was truly fantastic and watching her talent has inspired me to keep working towards my dreams when I nearly gave up so many times on life and she's proven to me and I know to everyone else that the 'impossible' is always 'possible.' I've always wanted to get the chance to meet her because I admire her work so much and want to make her happy. I'm really impressed with her and everyone's passion in the arts. The art in the museum is an inspiration and I value the work here so much. Also special thanks to the ladies at the front desk for being so kind and friendly and I really admire the amazing service they gave me. Once you are done with the downstairs, there's not much on the upstairs except for an art center and a few other minor things from his collections. If you purchase a ticket to the Cheech, the RAM is included in your ticket price, or if you start at the RAM, the Cheech will be included that day. I came to the RAM this time around, specifically, for the 60 Miles East exhibit. This exhibit ends on 4/12, so make sure to swing by before then if you want to catch it. The exhibit contained many flyers, pictures, art, and even ticket stubs that brought me back to my childhood. It was in a clean and open space that made the experience enjoyable. This exhibit takes up only one room and there are other spaces to check out for additional art exhibits. I did notice less art, this time around, than in previous visits and many open spaces/walls were not taken up. Overall, I'm glad I got to enjoy this exhibit, before it ends, and it really highlights the Inland Empire's music scene as an important piece of diverse culture. Enjoy!

What stood out just as much as the artwork was the building itself, which is beautiful and full of character. I especially loved the courtyard, which provided a peaceful space to slow down and take everything in. The gift shop was also excellent, with a great selection of unique items that felt carefully chosen rather than generic museum souvenirs. Between the art, architecture, and atmosphere, it was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon appreciating creativity in a truly beautiful setting.
