My current favorite shop to buy gifts for my family! It's never too soon for me to start Christmas shopping for my large family. I found this adorable gem last year while shopping for my mom, mother-in-law and sister. The girls in my family LOVE Brighton, and while Riverside has a Brighton store I prefer shopping here, the customer service alone is always top notch. When I bought Brighton they were having an AWESOME promotion and I was able to buy 3 pieces for the price of two. Now the obsession has turned into everything there. They have anything and everything you could ever need for holidays. The overall aesthetic is gorgeous and changes with every holiday and keeps it really fun to keep coming back. So 10 out of 10 would recommend for sure! Ask for Dana, she always takes really great care of me. I can go in with an idea and she brings it to life with every time, and gift wraps it too! read more

This place is a hidden gem, I was in pinch trying to find a Mother's Day Gift, my wife is a big Brighton collection, this store has a wide variety of there products along with many others, Pandora style bracelets and more, very great selection that looks hand picked, everything looked outstanding. I went in yesterday on a Sunday afternoon and I was in a hurry. I had never been in the store before but I needed a gift and I thought maybe I could find something. I told the girls what I was looking for and they helped me pick out a gift form someone I do not know very well. I go to check out and I asked if they sold a gift bag and she said they were already doing that. I also purchased a card and they had me fill it out and put it in the gift. I showed up at the party and I looked very classy. I will be back and spend more time looking at all the fun things they have. Don't hesitate to try this place out. They even placed pictures in a locket I purchased for my mother for me. The service you get here is enough to keep me coming back. The store is always clean and organized. This boutique is an institution and has been in the same location for twenty years or more. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the product and artist showcased here. The front of the shop in almost wholly dedicated to Brighton hand bags, shoes and jewelry. I am a fan and purchased a bag last year. My dog lovingly chewed the braided carrying strap. I took it to the owner, she returned it to Brighton, and for a small fee of 45.00 replaced the strap on my nearly 400.00 bag. THANK YOU!!!! Also she carries Swarovski Crystal, lovely candles and a host of fine art in the gallery. This is the perfect place to find a beautiful gift for your someone special. read more

BEWARE: NO CASH RETURNS OR REFUNDS!!! My husband bought me a purse on 12/21. He gave it to me for Christmas. I didn't care for it and went to return it today 12/30. I was told that there are no cash returns or refunds. I asked if my husband was told that and was told, "Well, it's on the receipt." Of course you don't get the receipt until after you purchase it. I really HATE poor customer service and would NEVER recommend this business because of this policy. I may HAVE TO spend my store credit, but I'll shop at Brighton in the mall if I want something from Brighton and will not buy anything from this business again beyond my credit. If you're so desperate that you have to force a customer to leave their money in your store, you will lose customers. You've lost me. read more

I go here almost every month because it's a great place to get presents for close loved ones! I'm also a part of their email/rewards club and it's totally worth it! They always send out coupons of all kinds! I love it here! The only thing is I'm not so fond of the employees always sticking real close to you and kind of keeping an eye on you but I guess I understand they're just trying to keep watch for shoplifters. The only reason I have 1 star is because Yelp makes you select at least one star to place a review. Horrible customer service! Horrible! I went into the store on Thursday, Dec. 17th to get my daughter and gift to give her teacher for Christmas. I went in with my 3 month old in arm & my 7 year old daughter by my side. When I went in, immediately the ladies started monitoring us like a hawk like we were criminals just released from prison. So right by the door, my daughter finds this heart locket necklace that she really likes for her teacher. So since the lady is right up under us anyway, I ask her how much the necklace is, she says $52. There was another necklace right next to it that I liked for myself & so I priced that one as well. It was $62. Not bad, I thought but I suggested to my daughter that we look around some more and see the other things in the store. Now mind you, I'm a collector of Brighton jewelry. I'm a jewelry designer myself, but I love the simplicity of Brighton. So I continue to the next aisle & my daughter stays by the necklace because she really is attracted to that necklace. My back is turned to the door. Next thing I hear, in a nasty tone is..."DON'T TOUCH THAT PLEASE!" So I turn & realize that the lady is talking to my sweet 7 year old daughter in that nasty tone. So I call my daughter to my side. After observing the negative physical demeanor & nasty tone this salesperson has towards my daughter, I decide to leave the store. They haven't earned my business. So my daughter asks, why are we leaving mommy? I say, it was rude the way the lady talked to you. Then the lady chimes in and says with an attitude, "really?! I thought it was ok because I said please. " and I said no, it was pretty rude. Then she had the nerve to say "I'm sorry then train your child!" My mouth hit the floor. I was hot! We exchanged brief words & we walked out. I don't even know what to say, other than, don't expect to be treated with respect or dignity going into this store. It's horrible customer service. I imagine if I was Caucasian, perhaps I would have been treated differently. It's a shame that this sort of ignorance still exists. I'm disappointed. read more
