I'd give them zero stars is that was an option. The epitome of pathetic customer service! I stopped in their location last Friday (1/19/18) and got a quote for a replacement key. I told Noel my car stopped starting because of an issue with the chip in the key and the vehicle was in a parking lot in west Fort Worth. I also asked about pricing for a key fob for a Toyota Sequoia as well. He gave me quotes ranging from $75 to $85 to $125. I told him I didn't have the car since it was in west Fort Worth. Monday morning 8:45 am I called and asked if they could come out to the vehicle, Noel said they were really busy but would try to fit it in and possibly could come out after 2. I called at 2 and again at 4 at which point he said it was still crazy busy but if he had to he'd come after work if necessary. I called before and then after five at which point Noel went home and called it a day. I called them this morning and he said it would be $225 and would require a new key. I told him I was prepared to buy a key yesterday before I had wasted as an entire day waiting at the vehicle. At this point I asked to speak to owner Scott so we'll see, beware!! Scheduled service tech never showed up on the first day. Gave em a second chance to come the following day since I was busy. And they sent some foreign technician who arrived in a Honda Accord who was unable to verify he had a locksmith license so I kindly asked him to leave my home. When asked to leave my home he refused and said I owed $19 + 50$ for his time. Don't waste your time or money with this company. read more

These guys are crooks, i went there this past year and took a door remote for my wife's Toyota highlander to get programmed. the technician told me it would cost $100 to program which i thought was high but did not have any other choices at that time. he told me it would cost the same if i got the remote from them. fast forward to today, i called them to purchase remote from them and have programmed. the new guy tells me $175 and only $50 to program one i bring to them. so i asked him did the other guy overcharge me and pocket 50 and he said i guess so. he said that guy no longer works for them. i asked him what they will do about it and he said he will talk to his owner. these guys are crooks and will rip you off if they can, do not trust them. read more

I came in with a blank shell for my Honda Odyssey. They cut the key in a matter of minutes. They overcharged me (without my knowledge) and they flagged me down before I pulled away to alert me to this and gave me a cash refund for the overage. Honestly is hard to come by these days. I broke the key off in the lock to my house. I got inside, but the next day I called from work to schedule a locksmith to come out. My regular locksmith recommended these folks. I called and they said they would come out on Friday night at 7 p.m. At 9 p.m., I called again. The guy on the phone acted surprised that no one had come by. I re-scheduled for 5 p.m. Saturday night. Fell asleep on the couch waiting for them to call. It is now about noon on Sunday. No word from these "professionals" as yet. Do not waste your time by calling these folks. They apparently have so much business, they don't need any new customers. If I could give them zero stars, I would. read more

Very friendly, professional locksmith. I was locked out of my running car and Lock Tight came out within 30 minutes of my call. The tech was knowledgeable and tried to pick the lock before having to use the air spreader. Within 5 minutes he was in my car. I'm not current on locksmith fees, but what I was charged seemed fair and reasonable. Would not hesitate to call Lock Tight again. read more

Had zero issues with every key they made (two auto, one home), and I have full confidence in their support going forward. This company cancelled an appointment for a complicated lock installation that required additional services from an iron door company. The cancellation was less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and I was told I was bumped for a contract with the city. It took me a month to schedule the iron door appointment and I confirmed the importance of the appointment during the initial schedule. I don't think they value people's time and I think they lack professionalism. read more
