They ended up running down to Bangor, PA to pickup the pull behind trailer to meet our reservation needs. Apparently, most UHaul rental places charge or do not do this. Anyways, on the day of our move, we picked up the pull behind UHaul trailer from Home Self-Storage. The lady and gentleman in the office went above and beyond to help us out with our rental and make our moving experience much smoother than anticipated. I…read morecalled to find out what the policy was if I wanted to end my lease as they would call it at first the older lady on the phone told me that if I remove my items before half of the month was over they would give me back my security deposit and half of what I paid for that specific month. After I removed all my items and try to get that money back that same lady told me that was not true. I had everything out 12 days in to that months lease. Come to find out if I went a day over that half month I wouldn't even get my security deposit back. I always asked for a receipt because one time they didn't record that I made a payment and they tried to charge me twice for one month. The old lady was not nice at all and very forgetful she also misinformed me several times. So I had a horrible experience with this place and specifically that woman.
