If I could give no stars or negative stars I would…read more Well, these guys had a used side by side I was interested in and if that didn't work out price or finance wise (if APR sucked) I was going to shift to a new unit at a lesser trim. The sales guy EJ was nice enough and very easy to talk to and he knew my plan. It all went south when EJ asked me to sign a document to pull my credit. We hadn't talked about a purchase price yet so I said no...lets talk numbers first and agree to a price and THEN we run credit. The sales "manager" comes slithering over and sits down without looking at me, just looks at the paper in front of him and starts to talk without looking at me. He then slides the paper to me saying that I have to sign this to get a price and that I have to sign the privacy notice on the back. I again refused. He literally then said "how do I know you can get credit to buy it". Wow, umm ok. Maybe look at the intake sheet again slick...I've never had a slimy sales manager be so rude and it went downhill from there. I have bought Harleys, multiple cars of all levels and never ONCE in my entire life has credit been run before you decide on a price with a dealership and move forward with the financials. I started to gather my things and the "manager" said "don't leave, let me check with so and so" and off he slithered. He showed me the MSRP of the used side by side if it was new and then showed me another document stating that a used sxs with 1600 miles is $999 off NEW MSRP. What a complete clown. I simply asked what their best price was to move this sxs that day and he would never answer. He kept saying how much more do you want off and I kept saying give me your best price...he said he would not negotiate pricing without running my credit. Again, total clown statement and something a scammer dealership would do. For those that do not know, this is a pressure tactic and lets them shape the deal around the monthly payment, not the total purchase price. He knew that I knew he was full of it and started getting mad so I walked out shaking my head. Like I said, I was going to pivot to the new model and pay cash if I didn't like finance terms, but the slimy manager was such a rude jackass that I will never ever do business with this "dealership". The sales guy was very nice...the sales manager was slimy and sketchy and liked to tell me multiple times that he's been there 14 years. Now I see where the bad reviews are coming from...and feel bad for all the people he has ripped off over time. I called another dealership on my way home and told them what happened and they laughed at pulling credit before deciding on a sales price and are working to source the sxs I want. These guys will fleece you and waste your time. I drove 1.45 hours each way for them to waste my time with crappy sales pressure tactics. Nice try clowns. I'm so glad MR Motorcycle sucked so bad or I wouldn't have found the deal at Mountain Motorsports...prices marked down on their website and OTD price given in 10 minutes. DONE. Even with $600 shipping it's a great deal and shows you that not all dealers are scumbags and play games. Now I know where to go for a boat, which is next on the list. Good luck getting OTD pricing from the scammers at MR Motorcycle. I'll never ever go back and will tell everyone about my experience and send them to any Mountain Motorsports location or have them call Cliff or Brett in Gadsden...true professionals and they really knew their stuff. MR Motorcycle also single handily drove me away from the Kawasaki Teryx4 since the experience was so bad. MM installed a turn signal kit and horn, I am doling the other mods to make it road legal in NC. Drop dead MR Motorcycle.

I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's name that helped us while visiting your store but I wanted to…read moregive a review of our interaction. We were there Saturday 13 July. My birthday was the 12th and we took the weekend to ride the Tail of the Dragon and stay in Gatlinburg. My stepfather gave me a blank vest that I have been carefully crafting to myself. Obviously we had seen your place on a previous trip and had to visit this time for additions to the vest. I'll begin with the welcoming atmosphere and fine selection of products uniquely chosen for display. The ease of getting help and having items stitched on was relieving. I wanted to buy more and stay longer because the staff was so personable. The very sweet lady doing the stitching was a perfect pleasure to be around and she gave me a special addition of her to my vest with a US Army button cover for the top. Honestly, I couldn't stop thinking about it on the ride home to Cincinnati as my favorite and most satisfying part of the vest. Such a kind symbol from the heart. Also, the lady that took my payment was deeply intuitive which I found to be an excellent connection of the example incarnate of customer service. Actually beyond. She noticed my OCD self and the tad of bougie which helped guide me to happiness in my selection of button chain extensions. With these ladies helping throw ideas around and the way they could read me, I couldn't have landed on a more perfect layout. Still, the best part of it all was the gifted button cover personally selected and placed on the top button. The visit was complete only with this addition. I had a patch I brought to be sewn on and purchased another one but that button was something that I will forever remember and the giver will have a place in my heart and mind. Thank you so much! We rode the dragon, we saw a show, we enjoyed the area and scenery, we had good food, but the best part of my birthday weekend was spending time with the ladies of Iron Riders Outpost. You are truly amazing and everyone visiting the area should come to see. I will intentionally route another trip your way. Very sincerely, Anthony Worley (Whiskey)

The owners are always very down to earth and very knowledgeable! I would also rather give my business to a husband and wife shop than these big companies. I have recommended Iron Riders to quite a few people and they where very happy as well and will be returning for their future needs. I just wanted to take time out and review this store so hopefully it will help other shoppers out :-) Great job to Iron Riders!!!!!!

Super honest guy. Thanks Troy!!!…read more so I just did the super embarrassing low low speed dump in a parking lot. Came to a stop on an angle, got indecisive about which way to go, and slowly tipped over onto my right side. The good: NO ONE saw me. I was able to pick the bike up no problem. No visible damage. All seemed fine. The bad: Brake failure. When I turn the key I don't hear it cycle through the brake check (i have the integrated abs). No high pitched whine when I apply the brakes. Brake failure light flashing. No power to the brakes at all. I called Troy to see about bringing it in for service. He asked me a few quick questions first and "fixed it for free." here's the answer...and I feel almost as stupid as I did a few hours ago when I dropped her... I have the GS hand-grips on my bike and he knew right away that it shifted position when I dropped the bike, causing the hand brake to be depressed barely a millimeter, but enough to cause the system to not go through its test. I took at look and immediately saw that Troy was on the money. I gave the grip a little twist, turned the key, and sure enough, all is right with the world again. Troy was super honest and could have had me bring the bike in for an expensive fix. That just earned my complete trust. There is no question that now I have my local BMW guy when I need. Feeling ready for a ride.
