Just a quick shout-out to the staff here. In particular Michael and lady (who I don't know her…read morename). Michael is knowledgeable and handles customers with great respect and care. If he's not already, he would be someone who would make a great manager. So I came into the shop and brought in a jacket, back protector, and chest guards to return. It was my bad for placing the back protector and chest guards into a single plastic sleeve. I was not watching the return being made and I assumed everything was returned. To my surprise I later saw my email that only the jacket and back protector had been returned. Uh oh! My chest guards were left at the store and I never was refunded. I called back the next morning, pleasantly given good news that when the lady realized she had the chest protector, she did the return transaction for me! Great staff! So glad I didn't have to make another trip to the store to settle the chest guards!
