The dealer only does curbside delivery( they will not put it in the house. They will deliver the safe to the installation company ie ALSS or do curbside to my home and I can arrange for ALSS to come to my location and install it when delivered. After multiple attempts to convey this to the woman answering the phone she asks where is it going to be delivered to. So I give her my address then she asks what address it's going to be installed. When both addresses were the same she said that doesn't work. So obviously an inability to communicate. After multiple attempts to rephrase the situation it became apparent she could not grasp the concept of having the safe delivered to ALSS who would then delivery and install it. I probably should've asked for someone who was better equipped, but by that point I was already frustrated. So in this instance ALSS lost my business. I loathe surveys. Originally, we were planning to go to a dealership but noticed they give inconsistent answers regarding our 2017 Outback. Weird, right? We were in a bind, having received only one key fob when we bought our car through Carmax. We are stumped as to how we lost it--it fell out of my pocket attracting the attention of larcenous crows is our best guess--so it would require having the car towed to a dealership with estimates well over $1500 for two fobs AND no guarantee they'd have it fixed within a day.
