Called this company and they came right out which was great. Drilled a hole in my mailbox and said he had to go buy a replacement. Left to get a replacement lock and came back with the wrong one. Left again and came back and said they didn't have it, he will be back tomorrow. I told him I wouldn't be home in the morning and to just leave the key under the mat. He came at noon and said you aren't here. I said yes, I'm at work can you just leave the keys under the mat. He said he didn't feel safe doing so but would come back when I was home. We contacted this business for support with our mailbox that had been vandalized. The response time is very quick when I reached out via Yelp. They offered appointment times and provided the cost prior to my accepting their bid for the job. Communication the day of was very good and Gary was able to fix the problem with our mailbox within minutes. He charged us $80 for the repair. He accepts cash and Virtual Wallet payments. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 has to do with punctuality. We set an appointment for 11a. Unfortunately, Gary was caught in traffic that caused significant delay. He arrived around 1p. Super honest guy! Gary was more concerned with helping me resolve my lockout situation than making a buck off me. He said to try using WD-40 to loosen the key that was not opening the garage door lock. And it worked! And by the way and more importantly, his initial quote to reset my key after opening the stuck lock was practically half of what the others on yelp were asking. The fee that I was quoted was $130 (locked out of the house). Unfortunately other places charged $80-95 but were not available, so I went with LD. I received a call from Gary asking me to open the gate (condo complex) but the opener was locked in the house. He immediately gave me an attitude about having to park on the street and that it hassled him to bring ALL his equipment (a small pouch and drill). As he worked, his demeanor changed. After the work was done (drilled out the keyhole), he said he was going to charge me $150, $20 extra for a "service fee" since he had to drive far (30 min) and his trouble for parking across the street, to bring his equipment.
