I have a commercial metal door and I needed to install a high security mul-t lock, called few places and most of them can't do the job, the lowest quote I got was around $200 . Then I called sunny locksmith, David answered the phone and i got amazing low quote of only $100 !!! He said he will be in my place in 20 minutes, and he showed up on time. Did a great precise job making the hole on the metal door and also the hole on the metal frame and installing, testing the lock. Everything works perfect. Also installed additional part on the frame to make sure the lock won't move once the door is locked, charged additional $25 for that part but gave me $5 discount, so total cost was $120. From what I see on Yelp reviewa his PRICES VARY which isnt good but overall he was good. He simply opened the door with a long lever to turn the door knob to open the door. About 30 min later no word, so I called him back, he apologized and said 10 min (only reason this isn't a 5 star review). About 15 later he showed up. When he got here he went right to work. Picking a lock really does look like in the movies. A few pins and funny swiss army lookin tools. I think he was selling the act a little, but in 5 minutes time he pops my door open. Strangely disconcerting to know how easy it is to get through a locked door, but I was happy as can be at the time. He never initially mentioned the price, but I had already looked at the below yelp reviews before he finished to find $50 is his base rate, which apparently is a deal comparatively but for about 200 seconds of work it feels steep.
