Meanwhile, the owner assessed the problem, checked all the other down spouts around the house, and talked my son through taking the drain pipe down, a neat trick to assess bolt sizes, and how to counter the problem for the future. All the while offering calming comments and assorted helpful hints. Really, Duane, the owner, all employees and sub-contractors have been professional, congenial, diligent workers, and produce the results we have asked for. Great consistency. I whole-heartedly give 3 R's the highest recommendation possible.

The drywall repair was horrible and did not match the rest of the room. The painters did not do a good job of matching the paint color nor the level of gloss. They came out a second time and did an even worse job of painting, not to mention that they painted halfway up other walls that were not damaged, and even into another room that was not involved. They got paint on the floors, the commodes, and light switches. I took photos and sent them to the project manager and he said he would send them out again, he even came by to look at it. The painters were "sick" the next time they were scheduled to come out, and when I reached out again, I was told they were way behind. They never returned. Additionally, we had another leak from the bathroom upstairs down the wall of the downstairs bathroom. Again, I took photos and sent them to the project manager. The plumber came by and cut a hole in the drywall and could not find a cause for the leak other than the fact that when the new tub was put in place, they did not put down any sort of sealant where the base of the tub should meet the floor. I contacted the project manager again. Our home was left in worse shape than the original leak.

Can you imagine hiring them, having them break up your house, and then not respond to your phone calls? This is a big red flag.

The bathroom is about 12x12 and they quoted us over $6k to paint. $7400 for linoleum flooring. $600 for a porta potty, we have two other functional bathrooms! The guy (Jason) who came out insulted my intelligence when I told him my budget and he said nobody who's good would do it for that cost. Well let me tell you that 5 other reputable, insured, bonded, etc contractors came out and said that they could. Do yourself a favor...if you're getting a bid from them be sure to get bids from other companies as well.
