I requested via text for them to contact me numerous times, but they are ignoring me. Hence this post. I figure they owe me for the electrician's fee to fix their mistake. I would hire them again for anything except electrical work.

This review is based on our experience after living in our Three Stone (Commodore) modular home for…read morea little over two full years. We feel it was one of the worst decisions we have made in our lives and would never purchase a modular home if we had the ability to go back in time. We are happy for those who have had a good experience, but we were disappointed by the lack of finished detail, the very basic mistakes made by both Commodore Homes and the Three Stone construction crew, and the constant push back from customer service on the issues we brought to their attention. They were happy to repair small things, or things they had to accept as an issue that their poor work caused, but if it took more than one trip, it was a constant battle to get things done. This is not the dream home we were hoping for as our final retirement home. After just over two years in our home, we are experiencing some significant settling of the home and still seeing issues that were never corrected and/or corrected, yet the problem appeared, again. If you purchase a home - keep meticulous records, email is best because you have a record of discussions, take LOTS of pictures, and ask them for a list of everything you are responsible for after the purchase of the home before you buy. And keep in mind that you are responsible for the foundation of your home and honestly, when it is all said and done, we don't think we would have spent much more for an on-site built home and know we would have had better quality materials by going with a contractor that is highly recommended and with you every step of the way. Note that they no longer have a Facebook page. In *our opinion* and our opinion, only, it is because they were getting so many bad reviews, they took it down. They can't do this with Google and other review sites, so do your homework. Please read the whole review, but if you don't have the time or inclination a summary is just below. We are also happy to provide pictures and documentation of our experience if we are able on the Google Review site. * Be careful if you want to change the floor plan because you may create real problems with the flow of your floor plan that cannot be changed; you do sign off on the project, but you would hope that the 'experts' at TSH and Commodore would catch problem areas and help correct them. But they don't. * Have local, respected crews build out your porches, gutters, etc. because you will know the quality you are hiring, and based on our experience, local contractors will work with you to make some changes in the design if they see there is an issue (the contractor on the garage we had built on to our TSH made changes as we went if he noticed an issue or thought we would like something a little different than the plan) * Be prepared to be told that the finished interior of the model homes look better than the product you get in the end (we said at one point that we just wanted our *new* home to look as nice on the ones on their lots, and were told that TSH crews go in daily to work on their homes so they always look good - we have this response in an email message) * TSH says more home, less money; part of that is the quality of items installed (we spent $6200 to change out our ductwork this year and you can see the whole explanation below); our insulated windows fog up and get condensation and when I looked up the window company, it says they will do this. We purchased insulated windows for our previous home, and they did not do this because they were better quality windows. Our shower spray nozzle has quit a third time (TSH has replaced it twice when they were working on our home) - our plumber says we just need to go with a different set up because the one installed continues to malfunction and you cannot find matching parts because it is not a name brand item * If you live quite a distance from TSH, you will be waiting long periods for warranty work * We have photos and email messages to document all that we have written here. * We cannot begin to tell you how many times we were asked to provide information over and over on the same requests (we have MANY email messages to document this) Details: Go to our Google Review to see the details
