They said to call them back in October because I would need my heater turned back on and it would need some work as well. Well, in early September my A/C started blowing hot air again, and I have been trying to get a hold of them ever since. They have not been answering my calls and they are not returning them. Recently, every time I call them, it goes straight to voicemail, so I can only assume they have blocked my number rather than respond to me. I know that they are busy, and that's not the problem. If you don't have time to do my job, please at least have the courtesy to call me back and let me know. The way they are ghosting me is very unprofessional. I would have given them a five star rating based on their performance back during the summer, but this drops them to a 1. If you can get them to actually answer the phone and come out, they are great. Otherwise, if they decide they aren't going to help you, too bad, so sad. I do not recommend them, and would advise you to go elsewhere if you want a good chance of getting something done.

I had called numerous HVAC companies in the area and most wouldn't work on mobile homes. He assesses what's going on and gives you repair options ranging from what you need to get back to running again through quotes for full replacement (if your unit is old and/or has a long history of semi frequent to frequent repairs...like mine). But he does not try to browbeat you into anything and is willing to work with you to get what needs done and what you can afford. I easily recommend him for your HVAC needs.
