The place in Mansfield is run by high school kids, which would be fine, however, I've seen most of them always jacking around instead of trying their best to get orders out quickly. During our last visit in the drive-thru, we watched as 3-4 kids danced around the kitchen, while one kid tried to get the snow cone made. Unfortunately, he was also very busy trying to be involved in the conversation that the others were having. Keep in mind, all of this is happening as the drive-thru line wrapped around the building. Whomever has this particular spot needs to do better management.

When we got there, there were no other customers. The employee taking our order was not friendly and seemed frustrated from the start. We asked her a couple questions about some of the specialty snow-cones since there weren't any descriptions listed and she responded with minimum info that provided 0 clarification. When my husband asked a question regarding the difference between two items, she repeated his question and just stared at him while looking very irritated. He asked again and she continued to give him a blank stare, still not responding. The entire thing was extremely uncomfortable and we couldn't get out of there quick enough. They have a menu with a combination of different flavors that they have specially curated, which I always choose from! But you may also choose to create your own. With the many flavors that they have to select from, it's safe to say that you will never get bored with this place! I wish that they did have flavor descriptions on their menu since some of the flavors do you have unique names, but that is me nitpicking. Naturally, that ruined it for all of us -- once you see that, you don't want to eat anything else from there. We had already spent $28, and none of us even wanted to touch our shaved ice after that. What made it worse was the staff's attitude. There was no apology, no "sorry," no sense of concern at all. They acted like it didn't matter, and that lack of basic customer service was just as disappointing as the ants themselves. Between the unsanitary Shaved Ice and the complete disregard from the employees, this was a terrible experience. Definitely won't be coming back, and I'd warn others to think twice before spending money here.
