My husband loves Bahama Bucks, however, it is one of the worst run businesses that I have ever been to. The place in Mansfield is run by high school kids, which would be fine, however, I've seen most of them always jacking around instead of trying their best to get orders out quickly. During our last visit in the drive-thru, we watched as 3-4 kids danced around the kitchen, while one kid tried to get the snow cone made. Unfortunately, he was also very busy trying to be involved in the conversation that the others were having. Keep in mind, all of this is happening as the drive-thru line wrapped around the building. Bahama bucks is great when they get your order correct. Today we ordered a large snow cone and a regular size. When we got to the window they gave us 2 regular sized snow cones. And one of which was not even filled to the top of the cup.... The one that was supposed to have 1 scoop of ice cream in the bottom had almost the entire cup filled with ice cream. If you come here, be sure to give very specific instructions on how snow cones should be made. I think maybe there is a lack of training or quality control. The wait is ridiculous. This happened to us back to back times with a short drive through line. 30 minutes for 2 small snow cones. Even when we pulled to the front we recieved 1 of them and had to wait 10 more min for the other. I went inside because it was taking far too long and they hadn't made it yet!!! They were not busy inside and had 3 people working and just standing around. They had 2 machines but were only using 1. Took My 5 year old granddaughter here for her birthday. She just wanted a snow one today. Worst service ever $18 for 3 snow cones. Every 10 minutes they handed us one. Before we got the last one the first one was melted. And half ended up in the floor. No joke over 40 minutes and there was only one car in line when we pulled up. I ordered and my total was 9.17 so I had the guy 17 cents and then a 20 and he tells me I can keep the coins and he can make change for me. I got my snow cone and there was barely any flavoring on it. I went back to the counter to ask if they could put a little more on and one of the girls dumps at least 1/3 cup of flavoring on my BABY snow cone! I have never been treated so poorly and with disrespect than I was by Summer and her teenage staff. All I did was ask for extra juice. When I received my BRM, as usual, there was barely enough juice to color the ice. When I asked for more, the teenage boy at the window told me "it is just ice, get over it", then slammed the window while I was trying to respond. He opened again and I asked for his supervisor. He informed me that there was no supervisor there, then slammed the window again while I was talking. For some reason, it took 2-3 minutes just to add juice. When I finally did get it back, I ask his name, he smirked and slammed the window again. I proceeded to go inside the store to find out that Summer was the supervisor, although she didn't look to be older than 18 either. She informed me that I was rude to the boy, which I was not, and that is why he didn't have to answer my questions. She proceeded to give me the name of Clinton Bowen, and it's no surprise he didn't respond. I love Bahama Bucks, but I would drive cross country to another location before I would drive 5 miles to that place. read more

I wish these were closer to my home in Fullerton, CA because I'm not from Texas, but definitely a go to spot for your sweet tooth. The wait usually isn't too horrible. We always go through the drivethru. The snow cones are SO good, the ice is shaved perfectly and doesn't have big chunks in it. The major complaint with this location is the wait, it takes FOREVER even when there's nobody in front of you to get your order. The snowcones here are awesome!! We want to try everything you serve!! We highly recommend putting in franchises in Granbury and Cleburne. Both towns have an extremely high population for these types of products but no one sells them year round plus there are no consistent sellers in the summer months, only small stands. It was a little cold in this location and staff were not able to tell us how different items tasted. They did ask other staff members and came back with an answer. I would just expect the staff to know their product more. Other than that, we love the products!! We just hate the drive from Granbury and Cleburne to enjoy your products. My wife and I went to Bahama Bucks this afternoon at 4:30 and had barely walked in the store, where there were others in line and a man and his son had just walked in before us, and an employee came running and yelled at us, "Oh no! We're not taking anyone else! Get out!" We were so shocked that we just turned around and left. I'm 52 and my wife is a few years younger and neither of us had ever experienced treatment like that. I can see an employee telling a rude obnoxious customer who was causing problems to please leave the store but we had literally just walked in and had not uttered a word. This employee was waving her hands at us like we were bugs that she was trying to shoo away. In all of my years, I have never been treated like that. This was our second time to ever go into this store and will likely be our last. Our first time was when they first opened several years ago. I believe that customer service is gone in this world today, or at least it is at Bahame Bucks in Burleson Tx. read more

First time here! There's a drive thru but the inside had no line at all. The shaved ice is smooth and sprinkles were free. They offer a punch card so if you buy ten, you get one free! I loved the fact that they offer a military discount as well. read more

Can't disagree with the other posters, you are likely to wait during the busy times. The broad range of favors is astounding. Love bahama bucks...i frequent two diff locations. I feel like this location uses toooo much juice. Its is ver watered down and as they pass it to my var it usually spills out a little bit.
