We adopted a 13 year old dog and reached out for an appointment for her care. I was rudely told the clinic will only accept new patients that are young and healthy. Our poor dog was rescued fron a kill shelter with little time to spare. Now we cannot find someone nearby to care for her. The BEST care! Dr. Walton is a knowledgeable, caring veterinarian that has never let me down. Her associates and staff are well-trained and professional. My dogs are always treated with care and compassion and they walk in wagging their tails! Prices are moderate and well in line with standard rates. Dr. Walton carefully explains options and available tests and procedures and involves the owner in their pet's care. Dr. Walton embraces alternate care as well and has helped my dogs with chiropractic and laser treatments. I have been in the back rooms with my dog for procedures, and I am so impressed with the care and compassion staff show for sometimes frightened pets getting treatments. If you are an owner you never have to worry, even if your pet is out of your sight; I have watched staff soothing and comforting animals when no one is watching; this is a compassionate practice and I trust them. read more

Inattentive staffer texted a scheduled appointment for Thursday, August 22. Left no return contact number, name of clinic. Texted (2x) back attempting to correct the appointment date. No response. Called four clinics until I located the name of the staffer and the name of the Doctor she identified. Canceled the services. Asked for the manager to give me a call. Manager did not. Instead the original staffer called and confirmed my cancellation and deposit. Since no apology was offered - I asked her if she might consider apologizing for my investment and loss of time. This staffer's issue is lack of training by management. Or management is the model demonstrated by the staffer. I was told over the telephone that my appointment was for 3:20 p.m. today. I arrived at the clinic at 3:22p.m. I know the exact time because I called from the parking lot. I was told that I could not be seen because I had missed my appointment time of 3:10. I got home and saw an e-mail telling me that I was going to be charged $50 for a missed appointment. I wonder now looking at when I thought my appointment was and when they told me it was, if this was a scam to charge me $50.00 for a missed appointment. How many of us are left waiting in an office for our appointments and the doctor is late? Based on when I thought my appointment was, I was 2 minutes late! Not going here again! It is a bad office policy and will turn customers away who really like the vets. read more

The vets and staff really seem to care. I was even reminded to check my supply of heartworm meds when I got home....a first in my almost 40 years. A couple of the staff members know me by sight, which I like. They have worked me in more than once with a pet that has never been there before. If they are open, I can count on them. BUT....my large dog got into a fight defending his small brother and now one of the vets assumes that my large dog is going to start a fight every time we walk in the door. I don't appreciate this. This treatment is the reason for only 4 stars and why I might try the new vet down the street. read more

It was a decent enough location, very clean. However, when I am trusting someone with my fur babies I expect them to have proper training and to know how to be professional. Amanda was the exact opposite of that. Usually I wouldn't let one bad apple/experience ruin me of a location, but overhearing her speak badly about what I can only assume are coworkers/clients leaves a bad taste in my mouth. If she will speak that way, it makes me wonder how she's treating our animals behind closed doors. I won't be returning, even though I have had prior excellent experiences with other technicians there. read more

Very pricey and nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. Also tried to order meds somewhere else since they are and their website they push is expensive, and they would'nt fax or send them the written prescription. I finally called, and they would only send it to me. I then never received it, had to finally drive to their location, and they finally wrote me out the prescription. Then found out they were going to CHARGE me 10.00 for sending the prescription to me... Like what???? They basically are forcing you to use them or their website they recommend or they wont help you very easily to save off their high charges. read more

The care my pet received was great as were the staff, but pricey which I didn't not mind as my baby deserves the best. I am only giving them 3 stars because their facility is not customer friendly in that they don't have onsite grooming services and you must bring in your pet and wait for shots. This probably isn't an issue for someone who doesn't work and has the extra time, but my previous vet had these services which allowed my pet to be in a friendly environment with staff they knew and I knew would love them like their own and moving them around to different locations for each service is stressful on your pet. As stated the medical care performed was fine, the staff was great, but what the facility offers does not work for people who have jobs Mon-Fri (they don't give shots on the weekends either). read more

the front desk people, WONDERFUL. The experienced techs, WONDERFUL, Dr. Casey is great as well. The problem comes when you have to deal with the office manager of some of the new techs she hired and trained. They are mindless children who believe they are in charge. It wont take long before the customer exodus corrects the problem, but in the mean time, try another vet. read more
