Their prices are very reasonable and I never leave empty handed! My friends and I always have such a great time whenever we come here. Whether I've gone on a random weekday or during the weekend, it's never been overly busy which makes thrifting even more enjoyable!! My tip is go when you don't have a time limit and go through every single aisle, even the men's! The only downside is that every once in a while you'll come across clothes that smell pretty bad (sometimes like they've been sitting around with cats ) but that's just part of the thrifting experience I guess lol The employees are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. This thrift store is not like that. I was able to find quite a few items, good quality items for $2-5. I wasn't expecting this since from the outside this store looks like a vintage or consignment shop. Since I'm not from the area, I don't know how much of the sales stay local or if it's a bigger conglomerate but nonetheless, I'm glad we were able to keep some clothes from heading to the landfill by supporting this business.

Parking is a little hard especially on a weekend this area can get busy. We managed to get a parking 2 blocks away in a parking garage. Free parking! So I was happy. I did notice they had designer bags with no date codes that they had priced almost at full price with less than 20% off. I hope nobody falls for that and pays that much for a bag that can potentially be a fake. I would definitely be back but I'd like to come during the week when it's a lot calmer so I can really look and find the best deals.

As a fellow business owner on School Street, this was honestly upsetting. I experienced noticeably…read moredifferent treatment compared to other customers. On my first visit, I felt uncomfortable being followed around the store. On my second visit, a man with reddish hair denied me service and took back a frame I was in the process of purchasing for one of my trainee's certificates. When he approached the counter, he looked me up and down, greeted and asked how the woman behind me was doing before addressing me, and then proceeded to upcharge me after casually telling me his day was "good" when I asked politely. He didn't even bother to be kind and ask me how mine was.. What's most frustrating is that many of my lighter-skinned clients rave about the service they receive here, which makes my experience feel even more concerning. I'm a professional, classy beautician, I'm no scrub. It's a real shame, especially within our local business community. Fellow locals deserve to know that not everyone is treated the same.

The base price for a miscellaneous item on the shelves lining the walls used to be $1.89, now it's $5.09 for a plate?? Even 30+ year old electronic items (non collectible) are priced at $15. My family and I also used to donate here multiple times a year and now because of this blatant scammy behavior we have stopped. They're so blunt about it, multiple items I've seen with Target tags selling for $3 and they put their $5 tag right next to it! It's gross and none of us will support that any longer. We donate to foundations with fair prices that aren't trying to completely scam their customers. It pays to have values, and Goodwill should get back to their roots.

Can you believe I bought my very first couch there about 20 years ago for just $137.25? That couch was my favorite. Over the years, I've tried different sectionals and luxury leather Macy's couches, but nothing quite eased my lower back as I hoped. When I walked into New & Again, I saw her, my perfect lazy boy reclining couch. She's just right for me, works wonderfully, and truly brings me joy. I also spotted a gently used Kate Spade purse near the register and had to take her home too! The best part? The incredible kindness and friendliness of the staff.
