While shopping around for storage space (which nobody looks forward to doing) this place has the best prices (as of a few months ago) units are clean, and the employees I have interacted with have been nice and helpful. This place sold all of my belongings I own..I am currently homeless and everything I owned and meant something to me, including my pictures of my kids, my grandmother's cook books that were passed down to me were stored in there because unfortunately I had no where to put them and I thought my stuff would be safe in there. Even though I had paid the fee on what I owed by the time allowed they still sold all of my stuff with no phone call no warning NO COMMUNICATION! I am completely devastated I dont know what to do or what to think, and it's right before Christmas too...WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE???..so you make the choice!..but for me I've been crying on and off since this happened! read more

I came in with my grandma to get a unit. Now my grandmother is very old and very difficult. I want to praise the lady who worked with us I can't remember her full name but she did say to call her Ana. She was very helpful with all our needs and she was very patient with my grandmother ( it's hard ) I am so happy I chose you guys I almost was going to go somewhere different but I chose this place because of the cleanliness and the sweet attitude of the lovely lady helping me. Due to unforeseen circumstances i needed to find an affordable storage unit fast to keep my belongings safe while i secured new housing and I found this place doing a quick search on yelp. The location seem well kept and secure and was conveniently located. I was quickly met by Joey and Anastasia who put my mind at ease with their attentiveness and great customer service. Because of them, i know my belongings are in good hands and I cant recommend this place enough. My experience with this company has been extremely poor! I had a unit with a door that would not stay up. I put in repeated request for repair over a one year time period and it never got repaired. Also my son had a storage unit there and had all of his belongings ruined by water damage and mold. He has been waiting over two years for the Insurnce reimbursements for his damaged home goods. I say go anywhere else but here to store your goods. This place totally blows as a business with any kind of customer satisfaction. read more

The prices were reasonable and we were told that pests and birds had been dealt with. We checked a week later, and were pleased to see that there were not in fact bird droppings in evidence. This place is great. I have two units here and I've had them here for a long time now. When my credit card changed on automatic payment no problem they charged me no late fees and they gave me a courtesy call to remind me my bill was due. I didn't even realize my credit card number had changed. Anastasia is wonderful and she is very attentive to my needs.. I highly recommend this place for storage. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We were tenants at Lodi Stor-All and our unit was robbed. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! They do not have security cameras and you too can be a victim. My Husband put his equipment in the unit just days before the robbery occurred. When my husband locked his storage unit, he locked our personal locks on the unit. When he returned on the morning of August 18 at the opening of the gate at 7:00 AM my husband went directly to the storage unit to find that our personal locks had been cut and replaced with locks that are used by Lodi Stor-All when they have delinquent tenants. ONLY we were not delinquent. American Express confirmed that we had been paid in full- we used that credit card to pay auto draft every month. When the manager finally arrived and came to the unit, she had no idea how her company locks had gotten on our unit. She confirmed that we were an excellent tenant and paid on time. Then when she opened the unit- what a surprise- our unit had been robbed with over $8000 worth of equipment. The manager did not know what to say other than she did not know how Lodi Stor-All locks were put on our unit. She said that she had not put them there. None of this is making sense - but maybe you can read between the lines to discover the truth. We did file an insurance claim with them and we still have not received the insurance payment that has been filed for over 5 weeks. The conclusion, the facility is not secure and they are not timely with their responsibilities. read more
