This 2024 hotel has a GREAT location, right off 30 and near Six Flags, AT&T stadium (Cowboys) and Globe Life Field (Rangers). My husband and son went to a golf tournament in Ft Worth and it wasn't a bad drive. The lobby is gorgeous. Very inviting! Our room was a king suite with pull out couch. Our particular room was a bit odd... the living area was in the separate room with the door and the bedroom was in the main area... very backwards. The room was comfortable nonetheless. Bathroom was clean and modern. We always enjoy the FREE breakfasts and "kickback" dinner. It's hard for us to pay to go out to eat when they offer meals complementary here. The menu has changed over the years but during our stay, we enjoyed chicken fajitas, pasta with grilled chicken and pulled pork. In the past we had tacos and meatballs. Kids LOVE the nightly popcorn and soda. Breakfast has FRESH scrambled eggs (no weird "hotel eggs" here), sausage, make your own waffles, pancakes, various breads and muffins, oatmeal and fresh fruit. Coffee was hot and fresh. This location has a unique pool which is outdoors but also half "indoors" under the awning. There was plenty of seating available when we'd go during the day. At night, the pool was usually crowded and we avoided it. The fitness room was ok. 3 treadmills, some ellipticals, dumbbells and a few machines. My issue wasn't with the room but with other patrons. Having someone come in and blast their own music was super annoying because I was listening to my own via earbuds. Another patron was wearing a gallon of perfume which was nauseating. Had to cut my workout short. Staff here are all WONDERFUL. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the food service personnel to the housekeeping. The only thing that would prevent us from staying here would be the cost. Depending when you book, I can only imagine this place being SUPER expensive during NFL games or major events. We'd love to return.

Again they fixed that but staying at a Hilton should not be this insane. Because of the issue created on the reservations the maid walked in twice without knocking. SMH, totally ridiculous!

On Sunday 9/15 the manager Ariaa assured me they all knew there was a leak in room & tried to fix it but sorry it wasn't fixed . Update: Spoke to Merry the manager & she also knew about the room being mold/mildew infested & not appropriate to rent out . I asked her 9/16 to come verify & she refused so I ask for maintenance. I've been told they don't care & it's true . I paid for a Queen double room and got a dump in exchange for my hard earn money . When asked for a refund she said NO . The safety of residents here not prioritize even after I brought to Merry attention there is stick a brick propping open an exit door . I slept with extra precautions yesterday. I want my refund back from this horrible experience & my family members chest hurts bad from inhaling all the mold from this past weekend . We all suffer from Asthma bad.

Decor: this place is tastefully decorated.And I absolutely love the refrigerators in our room, though, they were stuffed to the gills, with a bunch of things, for the mini bar that they, of course, had for sale. My massive complaint, however, with the depure, is that there's no real jurors to put any of your item.So you pretty much need to live out of a suitcase or hang up your clothes. There is not enough hangars to accommodate a family of four in a room. And I was pleased to be offered a turning point when we arrived, which was a pleasant touch. Great time in Dfw Texican Court…read more This was super cute hotel that had a vintage feel to it. Pretty nice and whoever did the renovations hit the time period right on. Upon check in, they offered a beer - Lone Star. The courtyard looked like an old school motel, even the pool but upon closer inspection you could see it was new. The rooms were very nice. I had a room on the second floor (236) and it had the cutest decor, a full refrigerator but it was old school. The lamps and couches were also period pieces. The restroom and shower had subway tiles and fake shutters in the vanity area. The bed was plush and comfortable. They did not skimp on the mini bar. It was a mini bar to end all mini bars. They had bottled water, energy drinks, beer and lots of mini bottles of alcohol and soft drinks. They also had a fully stocked snack tray. All of this was for purchase of course. They had wine with wine glasses in case you wanted it. Outside, they had cornhole, a fire pit and Adirondack chairs for relaxation. The courtyard was lit like daytime so even at night you could use it. Valet parking was 18.00 per day and self parking was 16.00 and around the corner. The conference space was nice too. They had 2 restrooms and the food was really good. We had Mexican buffet on Thursday for lunch. The roasted chicken was ok but the steak fajita was cooked perfectly, very tender. We had rice, beans and soup with chips and salsa. We had a snack break with some of the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had. Nice sized and really chocolaty. Friday: full breakfast of eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon with biscuits. For lunch was sandwiches. Check out can be done online. I went back to my room at 1155 to get my stuff and was already locked out. I went down and they were able to restore my room key. You also need to request your car online.

What I did not know was that the Illustrious Ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated -- the ABSOLUTELY BEST sorority ever -- were also having ceremonies that night. Beautiful for them, chaotic for me. I pulled up expecting valet, only to be told valet was reserved exclusively for the AKAs that evening. Now listen... I respect it. If anybody's going to get special treatment, it's the ladies in pink and green. But for me? Whew. That meant I started driving... and driving... and driving. Forty minutes, y'all. FORTY. Between the restaurants, the event, and the already limited parking, it was a full scavenger hunt with no treasure. I finally tried the parking deck -- only to discover it ends abruptly at the top with no turnaround space. No warning signs, no heads-up, nothing. And because it's Girl Scout cookie season, I'm in our extended Escalade. Picture me at the top of this deck, realizing I have to reverse all the way back down. I could've cried. Actually, I did cry. My daughter is in the back asking if she's still going to the party, and I'm trying to be brave while my anxiety is sky-high. I went back to valet, desperate, and they basically said, "It's just a bad night for parking." At this point, I'm ready to cancel everything and go home. I called the front desk and spoke with a woman named Miccah (I hope I'm spelling that right). She was so calm and reassuring. She told me there were 12 underground parking spaces available, so I felt a little better. I drove down there... and there were only two spots left -- both for electric vehicles. And the elevator? Not working. Now I'm underground, no reception, no parking, no elevator, and a 9‑year‑old with me. I drove back up and called Miccah again like, "Girl, just cancel this. I can't do this. I've been circling this place for 40 minutes." And then -- the turning point. She said, "My manager is walking outside right now. He's going to move his car so you can have his parking space." When I tell you Alexander came outside and did EXACTLY that... that man was a blessing. He moved his own car so I could park safely and get my daughter to her sleepover. That is customer service times 1,000. When I checked in, I told him I felt like I was about to pass out. He said, "Ms. Page, don't pass out, don't pass out -- do you need a Coke?" And he actually brought me one. The kindness, the attentiveness, the humanity -- it meant everything after the ordeal I'd just been through. Because of Miccah and Alexander, what started as a nightmare turned into a stay I will never forget. Hilton, keep them. Celebrate them. Promote them. They are the reason I didn't break down in that parking lot. But Hilton... please fix that parking situation. It was truly ridiculous. And to the ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated -- the absolutely BEST sorority ever -- congratulations on your ceremonies. I had the seared Ahi tuna salad and my wife had the fried chicken sandwich; both were fantastic. The charcuterie board was amazing, and the bread baskets were just as good. Bre took care of us as our waitress with service that went above and beyond, Sarah the restaurant and hotel manager made sure every detail was perfect, and Analise at the front desk was attentive and gracious throughout. Afterward, I headed back across the street where Isabel gave me a manicure and pedicure that left me feeling relaxed, confident, and genuinely happy. Serena, the other technician on site, brought that same level of care and attentiveness to her own client. These ladies both provide a level of service that is elevated and grounded in intention. On my way out, receptionists Sarah and Isabel made sure everything had been wonderful and that all of my needs were met-the perfect ending to an already perfect day.
