He came out twice to look over the project and assured me we would receive the estimates by January 6th. The 6th then turned into the 11th, which then turned into the 14th, until Mr. Snow completely stopped responding. No communication since that time so I reached out again and was able to get him on the phone, but he hung up. I've tried calling and texting again but no response.
