This is the worst florist I've ever dealt with. I ordered an arrangemen from their website for my daughter's college graduation and they delivered a measly rendition with wilted flowers. Walmart has better flowers than this business. Save yourself money and irritation and buy elsewhere...anywhere else. The bank on there not being many floral options in Boone. That's the only reason they are in business. That and their denial of delivering wilted flowers that look nothing like the online photos. Buyer beware. read more

I tried two florists in Fleetwood, but both were closed during the July 4th weekend. In desparation, I tried Log House Florist in Boone. Even though it was a long delivery drive from Boone to the Fleetwood address, the nice lady assured me that my flowers would be delivered on time. I so appreciated her efforts to accommodate me. My only disappointment was I had requested that she email me a photo of the arrangement. She said she would, but I never received it, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Absolutely LOVED my flowers. I called two days before my wedding from another state to place an order and they completely accommodated me! I gave them free reign and they did such an amazing job. I asked for wild flowers, gave them my colors and they came up with a masterpiece (posted a photo in the photos section). I was so pleased with the price and the service. They say they are open until 5:30, but the delivery drivers were gone by 4. So really, they are open until 4. I was trying to get Bday flowers to a long time family friend soon after her husband had passed. @4 pm on a weekday. The respose I got was "I'm sorry Ma'am, try again tomorry". Well, you are open until 5:30, Boone isn't that big, what are you doing for the next hour and a half? Southern hospitality don't live here. Sorry to bother you with my business. Went here to look into getting some flowers to use for a photo shoot. Showed them what I have in mind on doing and just needed some help finding the flowers to go along with it. The look I got was not very professional like. With some of the flowers I wanted to have that fresh look to them and others not so fresh looking. And in stead of working with my idea he offered to do what I have in mind with silk flowers instead. Yes I get it would be easier to work with and all but not what I was asking for. If I wanted to work with silk flowers I would have gone to Michaels arts and craft store for them not a florist. read more

Log House Florist has amazing customer service and quality!! I am an out of towner and dropped by the establishment the day after New Years. They were actually closed on this particular day but two employees were there to receive a shipment; so they opened up and put together a very beautiful bouquet of flowers for me in my price range!!! I have made a few purchases at Log House over the last year. The last time I went to pick out an arrangement from an example listed on their website, when I went into the store they said they did not have the item and the experience was not pleasant. All 3 of the people in the organization were unprofessional. When asked for assistance in picking something else out among a variety of arrangements - the advice was just pick whatever you want that they are all nice. I picked something out and asked if they could provide a plastic sleeve or box to place the arrangement in to more easily carry it and they told me not to worry and just carry it with no covering. I was carrying other things and would not have been easy to carry the arrangement. They were just not nice people. Any request seemed to be an interruption even though I was the only customer in the store. I used to recommend people to go there to support local business but I would not go back there. read more

I can always depend on them, with a simple phone call, and a price range, to send a beautiful and unique arrangement. Same for sending flowers out of town for Mother's Day and such. I ordered this past valentine's day and what I paid for and what I got were two different things. When you order the "deluxe" they give you two extra flowers. What a joke. Best advice go to Harris Teeter or Lowes Foods and buy two bouquets of flower not only will they look better they will save you about 60 + dollars read more
