I sent my mother flowers for her birthday, and not only is it almost 2 hours past the guaranteed delivery time and they're still not there-she called me to tell me she'd been "driving around for almost 2 hours because she couldn't find the house from her GPS. That in and of itself doesn't warrant a 1 star review though. What turns this into a 1 star review is how unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional this woman was to me on the phone. I had my mother call this woman back to give "Tammy" directions to the house, and not 5 minutes later my poor mom calls me back to tell me that the woman had been really ugly to her on the phone too! This was supposed to be a nice surprise for my mother on her birthday-but it's now been practically ruined by this woman's bizarre behavior. I will NEVER use this florist ever again, and if you expect even the most basic customer service experience-you won't either.

Flowers are healthy. Everything sells quickly so you need to catch the seasonal flowers as they are delivered. There is really no one but the cashier to help you unless you happen to find one of the workers there - a negative. I never noticed any flags flying, American or otherwise. It's a help-yourself kind of nursery.

When you arrive you really feel like you're stepping into a cozy North Pole wonderland. Beautiful decorations throughout the entire ship. The coziest fireplace and you can sit at the cafe and order some yummy treats and hot cider. I wish I could visit every day during the holidays!
