The docks are by private gated access so the general public cannot roam freely among the vessels. The seawall walkway stretches quite a long distance which makes it nice to go on a jog or take a nice stroll with a friend or two. Parking is available for people going to their slips. There is a yacht master office in the building next to the parking area. On the weekend day of the farmers market it is nice to get some food there and take it to the seawall to sit and look at the boats while picnicing.

There were several families taking advantage of its facilities. The park has two boat ramps and we observed one boat being lifted from the water. The park has fish cleaning stations, a seawall, and a pier for intracoastal fishing. There were a few guys with fishing poles heading to fish when we were there. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see anyone catching any fish so no idea what is "running" right now. That could have been exciting. Glad to know they have this area available...

The marina is part of a gated community of several high rise condo bldgs so it has security. Restaurant "Belle" is excellent. Safe Harbor has done an excellent job investing in making an already excellent marina into an outstanding one. Easy access off ICW for fuel and for a transient slip. The facilities are excellent, clean and safe. Visiting boats have use of a pool at a nearby public Golf Country Club, but it is a healthy 1mi walk from the slips. If coming by boat either north or south bound, it is a beautiful stop.

I used this to store my jet ski for a year with the former management which were great. Until the…read morenew manager started and the serve went down from there. Payment was charged at different days of the month, fuel went up, several times the marina had issues with conditions and was closed for repairs. This week when the contract was done and the jet ski was home, the blue dock line that was in the storage on the jet ski was missing from the last time I used. In place was white dock line with corroded carbiners and the whole jet ski was covered with dirt and sand that wasn't on it when I left it to be stored. I was told I could power wash it myself. Customer service is gone and I would not recommend this marina for any of your needs.
