At first i was a little nervous…read morebecause ive never towed anything that big with my truck. we got the 31.5ft long Elite camper i asked Tim if it was possible to take it for a test drive,he was more than happy to help us out with that. we met up and hooked up my f150 and took the camper for a drive in the city and the highway. when we took the rv Tim help me install the stabilizer bars on my truck which made the 5 hr ride up to Anastasia State park a whole lot smoother and safe for me and my family. Tim was also there every time we called for the smallest and most annoying questions we had. He helped me out over the phone when we were heading back on how to properly hook up the trailer and stabilizer bars. i would have never gotten any kind of help like that with one of the big rv rental spots ,the one on one with Tim everytime we needed him was priceless!! i highly recommend Tim's Rv's if you plan on renting a camper!! My husband was nervous to drive the 30 foot camper to St. Augustine and Tim was kind enough to take him for a test drive prior to the trip to make sure he was comfortable. We would have been better off in a tent! They didn't even provide a tool set to try and fix things. And then they held our deposit. They charged more than was quoted on their website for pick up and delivery. And the. They tried to keep our deposit!! I literally had to cancel my credit card as they wouldn't stop putting charges through. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. See attached just one of the conversations. What's the point of an RV if it doesn't work without being hooked up to power and water?!? We spent our whole weekend trying to get it to work.

We requested a bank transfer, which was approved, but for $5,000 less than the agreed price (which had already been lowered beforehand without explanation). Since 2020, we still haven't received our money, $25,000. Nothing for such a company, but a lot for a family. The memory of an incredible trip ruined for what? They didn't hear us, didn't listen, blacklisted us, and were dishonest. If you don't want to take any risks, run away!

After reading all the negative reviews about Palm Beach RV, I had to write my review. While on our…read moreway to our campground in FL in 2023, we blew a back tire on our 5th wheel in the Carolinas, which damaged the whole side panel. In route to our South Miami campground, I googled for a Grand Design RV repair shop off of I-95 in the vicinity of where our campground is and found this location only about 15 minutes off I-95 in Palm Beach. We stopped there prior to getting to our campground to have them access the damage. The service we received was exceptional, with a complete analysis of the damage, the estimated cost of repair and the process of ordering the parts. When the parts were in, we took our 5th wheel back for the repair. No wait time once we arrived. On the way there, the brackets on the long drawer under the TV broke. We also found out, once at our campground, we had an issue with the auto leveling system, as when the tire blew it punched a hole in the underside of the RV which damaged the leveling wires. Keith, the manager said no worries, he would have his repair technicians fix the drawer and the leveling system, no extra cost and it would probably only take them about 15 minutes. Well the repair to the leveling system was a bigger job than originally anticipated and took close to an hour. We were charged $0 for them to do these additional repairs, and only had to pay for the drawer slide brackets, that thankfully were in stock! We were delighted with the quality of work performed and the outstanding service support we received from Keith and his crew. If we ever need repair done again on our way to FL, this is absolutely the place we will go to.
