My daughter ordered the perch with fries and side salad. This is one of the home town bars that use to be called Skii's Bar located in Baldwin, Michigan. The bar is now called Barski's and has been in business for seventeen years. Initially this bar started out as Pub and Grub then, Skii's Bar and now Barski's.
