They would say they were going to start and then not show up. After it was done, the gate had a teeny latch on the wrong side of the gate and it broke the gate within the first two weeks. Then then gate was not corrected properly and looked bad. Within 5 months, one entire side of the gate blew off and broke the wood on the post, on a very windy day. Company did not stand behind the work and argued that someone hit the gate. They said they would look at it but once again never same through. Now it has been 10 months since the fence was erected and the poor workmanship is apparent. There are numerous pickets that never were attached property to the fence with nails. The nails are sticking through the pickets and not adhered to the fence. There are too many to count how many times this has occurred. I have had many fences constructed through the years and this fence is the worse one. Do not use this company, poor workmanship, bad communication and they dont stand behind their work.

I contacted this company for a last minute structural engineer report for a residential home I was…read morepurchasing. They were quick to give me an estimate on how much the report would cost. Helpful items for them to process request: send them the inspection report with any photos. Repair requests if needed. The lady was able to give me a fairly reasonable estimate by the afternoon. If want the service, you basically provide an e-sig like a DocuSign over email. Apparently they have officers near Charlotte, NC and also Anderson, SC area which would cover the upstate. The lady I spoke with (Courtney) was very friendly and understanding of my situation. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in need of a real structural engineer who will provide a stamped report. TIP: they also do commercial.
