I would've been satisfied with a call saying we are working on getting someone out to fix it. I'm just so disappointed because they did an amazing job installing the door but if you're going to do an excellent job to get my money, you should still stand by your product when something goes wrong. Other companies gave us cheaper quotes but we went with ABC because of the excellent reviews.

Their main offices are in major far away cities like New York and Chicago. The repairmen are local. One company refused to give me an estimate. Another wanted to charge me 950.00 USD. One company sent a repairman who semi threatened us. None of the repairmen were wearing a company uniform and their vehicles were ragged and unidentified. Finally we made a great decision and called Overhead Door domiciled in Greenville, S.C. The repairmen was an overall terrific guy. He thoroughly explained what he was doing step by step and gave me some valuable tips. His name is Rusty. I would recommend him to anyone! Incidentally, Overhead Door gave us an estimate over the phone with a senior citizen discount and they stuck to it! It's been a long time since I've dealt with any repair company that was this honest and decent! Our repair guy Rusty is a really valuable asset to Overhead Door! We started the process of replacing all of our windows in February of 2022. We were originally told the project would be completely finished in about 6 months. After ZERO communications and repeated requests for updates the project finally started 7 months later. We had multiple windows ordered incorrectly and ordered multiple times incorrectly, this all added to the delay in finishing the project. At one point a large picture window was shattered during install and was left in place with the shards of shattered glass being scattered everywhere when the wind blows. six weeks later after repeated calls and emails the glass was replaced with the replacement I had in my garage the entire time that was ordered the wrong color and left until the correct window could be installed. All in all the project took about 14 months to complete and although the Pella product itself is fantastic. I can not recommend Pella windows $ doors in Irmo. The commutation is horrible! Customer service is even worse! all of our issues could have been resolved easily by communicating timelines and expectations. We we all understand not being able to get product in this day and age. this does not excuse poor communication and poor customer service!

We primarily wanted to stop to see what they offered in kitchen cabinetry. Although much of what they carry is builder basic, you can upgrade to really nice wood cabinets. You can send them your space measurements and they will assist you with the lay out. The employees were very helpful with information and helping us to get the layout of the warehouse. While I liked some of the high quality cabinets they carried, I don't know if it would be worth a two hour drive from Georgia. I think that I would prefer to just find a source closer to home just for the sake of convenience. However, if you reside in Greenville, this could be a great option for you. In addition to furniture, fixtures and accessories, (pull out inserts for drawers), they also had stones for a backsplash and area rugs. If you are looking for basic products for a rental or if you are just cheap, this is the place for you. This would not be a good option if you are looking for higher quality options.

Excessive price for a stand alone shower replacement; which was not finished off. The installer claimed the wall wasn't straight so he couldn't finish that part. Three months after install we had a large crack in the corner shower caddy that was put in with the shower. It took several phone calls and a lot of time on my part to get them here to replace it. It is cracked again and the company seems to be MIA. Do NOT do business with these people unless you just want to throw your money away
