They do good work, when you can get it in a timely manner. My organization has done business with them for a very long time, but my interaction was always though others, and authorizing the purchases. Personally, I had negative customer service on both of the occasions I went in. The first time was trying to get some embroidery fixed on some shirts they did. The error was not their fault at all, but we'd gotten the work done there so it made sense to see if they could help fix it. The lady at the desk acted like it was a hassle, and said it would take at least two weeks to start. I accepted that and left the shirts. It took about six weeks for me to get them back, via my employee. I wasn't satisfied as a customer, I don't like being made to feel as if I'm inconveniencing people just by asking for a service. Tell me you will do it or tell me you won't do it, just let me move on with my life and don't treat the customer like they're wrong for asking for help. The second time I went in, it was to get a couple remaining shirts fixed, the exact same issue as before (different shirts, same problem). The contact started off great, but when I explained what I needed, the man I spoke to indicated they didn't do that because of the risk of damaging the shirt. I explained that I had just gotten several shirts back, where they HAD just done what I asked. Then he said they have done it but they've stopped, because of the work involved, tools it takes, and chance of damaging the shirts. He said I could leave the shirts and he could ask his employee, and IF she agreed to do it they would they would let me know. I was a little frustrated at that point because I was only asking for work that they had already done, and I didn't want to waste the embroidered shirts. I also felt like it would be a waste of time to wait days to see IF his employee would agree to the work. So I said hey, if the answer is no, just tell me, and I'd notify my employee that we would take our business elsewhere. He immediately got upset (but not disrespectful), and repeatedly claimed I was threatening his business, and was trying to take all the business away over something simple. I tried to explain more than once that several people in my organization had done business with them over the years, and their decision to stop was way beyond my control. I repeated that I was specifically referring to the business I was trying to bring him that day, which I was still holding in my hands (the shirts). He continued to infer I was threatening his business. I asked to speak to the owner and he said HE was the owner, and gave me the name Brandon. I told him I wasn't happy with the customer service and I would't be back. The 2 stars are because they have done good work for us. I can't give them a higher score because as a customer I just can't justify going into a business and being made to feel like I'm doing something wrong by trying to get help, or trying to get a service that they had just performed a few weeks before. I do not intend to do business with this company again. read more

Amazing customer service! I went in to see about prices and how long it would take for them to just embroider my name on a jacket. The price was amazing ... and they told me they would do it for me right then and there! We've done business esa with them in years past at their old location, great customer service then and now! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! - this business has definitely gone downhill!! First impression on arrival - Employees smoking in front of the business - Lady in the front is completely annoyed that I interrupted her smoke break looks like she wants to cuss me for bothering her. No greeting, no attempt to try and be pleasant. But hey, I need this item sewed for an upcoming trip. So I speak with the rude lady, and turn in my item to be sewed and was told that someone would text me by the end of the day with options to sew on my item. I was never contacted. Called 2 days later, and was told that she hadn't gotten to it, and would call later that afternoon. Once again, I was never contacted. 5 days later, and still NO CONTACT! I went today and retrieved my item! Will NEVER do business there again! RECAP: Worst customer service ever! Clearly did not want business - Didn't even try to fix or remedy the issue. Business lies about contact and completion times! Smoking in front of your potential leaves a great impression! read more

Went here on the recommendation of someone I know. Went in with the items I wanted embroidered. The two at the counter were more interested in telling me what they couldn't do than what they could. Wouldn't quote me a price. Just said it would be expensive. The woman at the counter seemed annoyed that I came in and talked to her. I guess whatever social media she had on her computer screen was more important than business. read more

This is by far the best experience I've had with a company in years!! I had a very important order, our company shirts and hats for a big charity event. The first I was going to use closed their doors the day they were place my order. The 2nd company had my order for 6 weeks and called the week before I had to have everything and said our logo wasn't working with their machines. I was referred to Logos In Thread, theynot only stepped up but the reworked the logo to its original state, got our shirts and hats completed on time and did an amazing job!! I have used this company for many years to get shirts made for all the employees in my company, up till now they were great. I Called to get price for an order I placed and when the gentleman on the phone told me that price I was a little taken back on how much it was, but I agreed and that was the end of the conversation. Then he called me back to tell me that he was wrong and it would be actually $15 more then he originally told me. I told him he has to be joking, I have never paid that much for shirts to be made. He said he would talk to his manager. The manager got on the phone with me and had said that they are under new ownership and that their prices have gone up. I told her that I have never paid this much for the same exact shirt in the past to be made. Her response was that the previous owner, who she mentioned by name had never raised their prices in 15 years and so all the employees suffered and never got a pay raise because of them. I'm not sure how that has now become my problem and that I did't deserve the rude nature she was speaking with me. She said she was informing me and that if they want to stay in business, they needed to stay in business. Then she said, I can either pay their prices or go somewhere else, and kept arguing with me like she needed to prove to me like I was wrong. I will never do anymore business with this company if all they care about is profits and not their customers. At this point, I will pay extra money to go somewhere else because of the total disrespect and carelessness I received. read more

My wife and I entered and about 30 seconds into my wife explaining what she wanted the lady at the front desk answered a phone call. The RIGHT thing to do would have been to ask the person on the phone if they could be placed on hold. But no, she did the wrong thing and ignored us until we gathered up our things and left, about 15 minutes standing at the counter as she handled the person on the phone. Over $100 for 13 handkerchief monograms!!! Price quote was misleading, I thought I would be paying $7.95 for 4 different thread colors but the $7.95 was for each handkerchief. And of course the worker who gave me the quote was not there! Stay away!!!!!! read more

I had my Shriner shirts embroidered by this company and they did an awesome job. Next time we more shirts, this is the place we will look towards in getting the perfect job finished. read more

The quality of service and attention to detail (lack there of) is making this place suffer greatly. Ever since management changed and the original owner sold the company earlier this year, it has caused a serious change for the worse. Delivery times of merchandise that was promised to be embroidered is always pushed back. WARNING!!! If you have a date/suspense time that you need custom embroidered clothing STAY AWAY FROM LOGOS IN THREAD! New management is unresponsive to customer related issues; I do not see this place lasting too long! read more

I cannot say my complete experience was bad but majority of it was. After being recommended by Powerprint Tees, I have to say I will not recommend either place. The young counter lady Alexia is the only bright spot of L & T. One example I have is the embroidery not lined up across the chest. Supposedly done by eye. All shirts have letters going down or going up either way bad workmanship. Better off spending the extra money to get done right. read more

Our company placed on order for shirts with our logos for 65 staff members. It took us 3 months to get the shirts delivered to us and then incomplete. After several phone calls to the manager a lady, we have been informed that it is our error. Our order is still incomplete. I would not recommend Logos in Threads. They are not organized. Lose orders (ours). Their staff does not seem to know what to do. You can't get straight answers from them. I know that we will not use them ever again. read more
