When a bit later I had problems again, he showed up after hour. He since replaced my water heater, sink, set a toilet and helped install a bidet that needed more hardware than Amazon had indicated. Cory has always been very courteous and punctual. If you leave a messages he will get back with you. He calls before he shows and lets you know exactly what is going on and how much it will be. No surprises, He will let you know if there are better/more economical options and guides you in your decision without being pushy. He always leaves the area clean and is overall a very pleasant individual to have in your home. I have recommended him to others and always got a positive feedback.
