Another thing I didn't care for is that payment is required before seeing the finished product. While I understand why some businesses operate this way, I personally prefer companies that allow customers to review their order before final payment. What ultimately made me stop using them was the customer service. Communication was inconsistent, orders were sometimes delayed, and I often felt like resolving issues wasn't a priority. I gave them several chances because I like supporting local businesses, but after multiple experiences, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them.

They had to order the bags which took 2 days, but usually on in stock items it's only a 24hr turnaround. They originally thought these bags were in stock but they apologized and offered other options. I don't usually write reviews, but I was looking for a place to get some T-Shirts made for my…read moresoftball team and there were no reviews online so I wanted to write one for a place that delivered great service. I chose Four Seasons due to their website which advertised $12 per shirt if you order 15 (which was perfect for my team). I drove to their location and the owners quickly came to talk to me and helped me figure out what I would need. I brought them a picture of the design that I wanted and they said that they could scan it in and make the shirts look great. By the way, $12 gets you a shirt with one color print and a number on the back! Within a few days they sent me and email with a proof of the image that they would use. There was a minor change that I wanted and they took the request and resent me a proof within one day. The shirts look great and feel great. They even launder well. The one reason that I am giving them four stars instead of five is because they told me that my shirts would be ready on a Tuesday and by the end of the day Tuesday I hadn't heard anything from them. So, I emailed them and they got back to me Wednesday letting me know that they would probably be ready on Thursday (which they were). Luckily, I did not need them until the weekend, but they did not deliver by the day they promised. They informed me that there was a mix-up with the ordered shirts and they needed to replace them. I'm glad they gave me what I ordered and fixed the mix-up, but I just wished they had communicated the error with me before I had to contact them. I would definitely use these guys again and hope to call them if I need to order some more shirts for my team next season. I'm not sure if they will let me just order a few extra shirts for $12 or they'll make me order in bulk, but after interacting with Rick, I know he tries to make the customer happy. I'll update if I use them again. Follow up: After two seasons and washing between every game, there was no bleeding of the design or the number.
