I then had to print, sign, and scan it back to me. Which didn't take a long time but still another small wait. Nobody came and checked on me which is fine but if you like that type of service you may have to go and tap them in the shoulder. It didn't cost much although it did feel a little higher than I remembered. It was about 75 cents or so to print in color and another 70 ish cents to scan it back to myself. Big location. All your shipping needs and more. 10ish spots in their lot. The area has some people experiencing homelessness.

I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I wasn't happy with the product i was getting through this other company and their turn around time was not even close to Heart Mind Soul. I am so happy with my choice to change companies. From the get go, I was transferred to Peter on my first phone call. It was pretty cool to talk to the owner of the company and he sold me right away with that phone call. I'm not an easy win and I can see through ppl's BS when they are just trying to sell me something. But I believed everything he said. I have been working with Nathan at HMS for over 10 years. After some issues with our previous shirt designer, I asked HMS to design a couple of t-shirts for our two businesses. This company is professional and courteous, and they provide high-quality screen printing and embroidery. I still have one of the first hoody sweatshirts, and the design hasn't faded or chipped off. I order shirts and sweatshirts as well as embroidered aprons and hats, among other items and services. We always go over the order before it is produced. Proofs and quotes are provided before anything is produced. The orders arrive well-packaged and in perfect shape. I can not say enough about Peter and his company. He has gone above and beyond what is expected of a company. This is by far the most customer service oriented company I have ever worked with. I had a small(ish) order and I didn't feel like I was put on the back burner or treated any differently than someone who places a large order. The shirts came out better than the last two suppliers I had and he delivered them more quickly. When informed of my budget he was able to recommend a quality shirt that didn't break the bank and guided me through the best options for embroidery. The Shirts came out great and everyone wore the shirts with pride as they made it through the finish line feeling a sense of accomplishment but humbled as we knew the deep meaning behind the shirt related to my best friend who just the previous week lost his daughter after a 5+ year battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma.
