They are wedged potatoes with a flavorful coating and then fried. Oh my goodness!!! So good! The restaurant is very clean, open spaces and decorated nicely. It's one of those places where you want to look around to see the fun things hanging on the walls. Nice but not overdone. Prices are good, right in there with many other restaurants and completely worth it for quality of their food and for the quantity that you get. That got my mind thinking, what a wonderful way to remember my husband and always have him close to me. I searched the internet for a couple days and it was like my husband helped me find Corrie. My husband's name is Craig and the name of the business was "C" squared. The website was easy to use and Corrie answered all my questions (and I messaged her a lot at first) she was kind, respectful of my loss and told me what to expect. I shipped my box of my husband's treasured Tommy Bahama Hawaiians( his signature look) and I knew the time frame and Corrie always kept me updated of what she needed to do and how long it would take. When the quilt was complete, she contacted me and asked me what I was doing that Saturday? She was going on vacation close to where I lived and would personally deliver it to me if I wanted her to (I couldn't say yes fast enough) The quilt was breath taking, it was handled with care and love. It was like she knew what I needed and it showed in every stitch and of course I cried as soon as I saw it and touched it. She went above and beyond what I ever expected and I could never thank her enough for helping me wrap my husband around me every night I fall to sleep. Also, before I forget.
