I have been using you guys for several years because you offer a LOT of items where we only need to order one offs. Our department does an "employee of the quarter" and not many places offer the selection you do without having to order a minimum quantity. Our employees love the selection and I love that I can create a custom webpage, which is easy to change out, for our employees to look at. Plus I have never had a company take the extra time and attention to detail to make our logo look so good. It has gradient colors, which can be a hit or miss when it comes to embroidery, but your design staff have taken the time to make sure it looks smooth. read more

They offer great products. The problem is, their inventory is rarely accurate and by the time you actually get your order to production, good luck ever getting what you initially purchased or hoped to receive. Placed an order on a 4th, finally received an email on the 9th indicating four colors on the design was not available. So, I modified the design and then the application to DTF instead of embroidery only to receive another email on the 18th to indicate stock in one of the sizes was no longer available so order needed modified to another color product totally. By the time I replied to that and contacted them to check status, the project was four days PAST DUE, all my items were no longer available in the right color as well as sizes, AND my design had been redesigned twice. LogoUp.com is a fraud and practices in false advertising. The photos attached are screenshots of the total time waste that LogoUp.com took from me... The advertisement that came in the mail clearly shows an orange and white Richardson 112 Trucker Snapback, and I also typed in the 51-RC code in the search bar to be directed to the exact same hat. I then proceeded to add 15 hats to my order so that there was no issue with a minimum quantity of my order, even though the false advertisement clearly states that there is "no order minimums" & "no small order/run fees." They even tout the fact that others charge $35-$59 for orders less than 6 items. I added the discount code "SAVE15" and true to form, I received a flat $12 discount rather than the 15% OFF that is boldly located on the advertisement! This should have been my first and last sign that this was a massive waste of my time! Once I got to the logo portion of the order, I was greeted by this surprise... "Discounted Setup $40.00 ($80.00 Value) Free Logo Application Lifetime of Use For new customers, order just any six embroidery items (mix & match) and we'll discount the one-time custom logo setup service charge from $80 down to only $40. This is a 50% discount!" It clearly says on the false advertisement that you "ADD YOUR LOGO FREE" but this is clearly just another form of their manipulative advertising! So you ACTUALLY GET CHARGED $40.00 FOR YOUR LOGO versus the FREE LOGO that is falsely advertised. It gets even better!! They attempt to trick you into upgrading your items throughout the purchase process to equal the quality of what others are using as their standard quality product, and then they hold your garments hostage if you do not pay the $50 production fee to speed up the embroidery to 2 weeks, which is standard for most other shops... Work your way down the pricing details and you can see the $45.99 delivery charges...note that it's not shipping because that price is an extremely inflated shipping charge...that is simply another charge they can add to the order so that they can make more money on the job and make up for their false advertising. The image attached is the mailer that was sent to my office with the false advertisement. Including the "add your logo free" & "15% off your entire order" & the "as low as $8.49 embroidered" with the selected hat is the cheapest on their site for the Richardson 112 style. In reality, the exact hat listed, which is the cheapest Richardson 112 style hat, costs almost double the advertised price of $8.49, with a price of $14.92 per hat. Talk about a rip off and a complete waste of my time...don't waste your time, find someone local to you and support them rather than supporting these con artists! read more

I used Logoup for many years and was pretty happy with them. I can say that the quality is high and the ordering is easy, BUT lately, the attempts to upcharge everything has been really shady and the customer service has become horrible. Their shipping is really expensive as well. They now try to upcharge every item for colorfast string (is the string you are embroidering my full price order not high quality?) The tipping point was when I needed one of my items to have a different string color (logo was in black, shirt was black). They charged me $25 to digitize the logo they had already digitized and were extremely rude about it. I am writing to save other people from entering into a relationship with them and being disappointed like I was. Looking for another vendor now. read more

My initial visit to the website was fantastic. Although they con you into only receiving a quote/estimate if you add something to your cart. That's fine. However... Then they will spam you incessantly with "abandoned cart" notifications. There is no way to unsubscribe from these notifications. I even tried contacting their support (yet again this morning), and I have received no response. Honestly I don't mind friendly "abandoned cart" notifications, but when it gets to the point of spam... They will mess up your order and give up and cancel it if they can't do it right. Emailing customer service is a nightmare. I made two separate orders so they couldn't possibly mix anything up and they still mixed up the logo and style of hats. I had to send back the approval email 4 times!! A 5 day delay on their part. And their embroidery proofs look horrible. Their stitching looks sloppy. Inexcusable to say the least. I called and spoke to an actual person there 4 times this week and asked for a manager or supervisor to call back and it's been over a week. And she told me she doesn't have any authorization to do anything about my issue. She was the only one who was nice and wanted to help me out. I also emailed both owners, Mr. Brian and Scott Roberts, and no response as well. This company is not doing business as they should be and should be evaluated by the better business bureau. This company is a complete joke, please do not use them and go somewhere else. Don't give in to their one time set up fee or cheaper prices. Do not use this service. They sent out an email for 20% off sale for everything on site. THATS A SCAM! They get you-to charge your order then they email you saying they have to charge you an additional 10$ per item.. Once I refused then they tried to tell me it was 7.99$ per item. Obviously its all a scam to get more money out of the customer. read more

Be weary of ordering from here. They are very sneaky with how they work. First, they charge you $80 to upload your logo. They say that you will not have any other future charges. We tried to place an order. They sent me an email to tell me I would now have to pay another $21.99 to resize the logo. This email had: 1 - the wrong order number 2- stated that my order originally had a hat that used a different size. (I did not order any other hat) When I called customer service. The person told me I ordered a shirt. Which I did not. She then called me a different name. Apparently the email had the wrong order number on it. I looked at my order on their website and gave her the correct order number. When I asked about the charge, she told me it was $29.99. She said this three times. When I told her the email said $21.99, she said that is what she has been saying the whole time. I asked to speak to a supervisor, as to not get angry at her for doing her job. And was informed there are no supervisors there. She can schedule one to call me back. When I asked how long, I was informed, she didn't know. She then hung up while I was still talking. I tried to go to the chat. The person (Stephanie) said there is a fee to change size. When I questioned it to her, her response was "How would you like to proceed?" "Or you can change your order" Not exactly a good customer service response. Poor customer service, hidden fees and no supervisors? Doesn't seem like a business that deserves customers. read more

These guys must think they are the only company who can do no minimum embroidery. I ordered 500$ worth of merchandise. Waited standard waiting period. UPS lost the merch and Logo up asked me to wait an additional 2 weeks (per protocol for investigation) before even starting to recreate my order. Basically wether they found my gear or not I got screwed by these guys. And when I went o replace my order myself because they refused to do so for me when I disapproved of their policy they refused to recreate my order. When we received our products, I was happy with the quality of the product for what we paid and the stitch embroidery was well done. Excessive pricing on everything. What might look like a decent price for a polo, turns into 2x the price getting it from RushOrderTs or DWApparel, due to how much stuff they nickel and dime you on. Quality isn't on par with what I'd expect. Recently cancelled an order on a $150 Jacket, got called, talked into reordering since they assured me they could do what I requested. I guess sales didn't talk to quality, since they gave me the opposite of what I asked for, what I approved when they sent the proof, and did whatever they wanted to do. Wrong color was made and sent. Size was a full size smaller than it was tagged at least. Polos are a crapshoot. I've had 4 turn out fine, then I've had 3 turn out like they pinched the embroidery on my logo, it's scrunched up in the middle. The customer service is decently fast to respond, but for the issues and the premium price, you're better off going to a mom and pop or Etsy to be honest, just not happy with the product at all read more

It occurred to me today that I had not come back to update you all on my experience following my last review of LogoUp. Im not certain of how this post will update and if you will still see my past reviews but I wanted to make sure that anyone who is planning to do business with them understands what kind of company this is. Ill start with a quick recap of the past. I had been ordering from them for years, they had great prices and the products were great as well. I think as they got bigger things started falling through the cracks, I get it, it happens to lots of businesses including my own. Its how you handle the customer experience that makes a difference. I can say that the frontline workers seem only to be following management direction because while it seems they would like to help, I dont think they are allowed it do whats right. In any case, my issues happened over numerous orders and after going back and forth with LogoUp where I was reprimanded for uploading things incorrectly (keep in mind I had been ordering for years with no issues), to being told that they would do me a favor by fixing their mistake. When I did post my experience online I was contacted and told that LogoUp would work to get things fixed but only if I change my review. When I explained to them that my review was an honest portrayal of my experience and while I would update it with the newest info I certainly wouldn't change what I experienced thats when all communication stopped. AHHH, folks if your still reading it gets MUCH MUCH better. I indeed did try and go back to the site to place an order and it would give me a Forbidden Denied error. I called them as I though there site was down, only to be told that I was blocked from the site due to my review. Always a good buy and good quality for logo polo shirts. I've been shopping with them for years with good results.

They have a good selection of items but customer service is very poor. They also work very slow and it appears their processes aren't buttoned up. The last few orders I made with them were late and I had to remind them at the end of their production window that my order had not been completed. They also can get very "testy" if you request changes to the proof and will be sarcastic and petty. I was easily giving them $5K worth of business a year...no more. read more

I have to give props where they are due. There are about a million places to buy shirts and hats with logo's. And most can be done easily online. HOWEVER, my girl Susie T helped me HUGE. We needed to order Trade Show shirts on time. I needed help ordering and wanted to make sure that I did it correctly with logos on the arm not the chest. And in a timely manner so we have them in time for the show. She walked me thru it. Helped with with the logo and colors that would work best. She then kept me in the loop. The proofs were great! And hooked me up! Done on time. Done perfect! And it did not cost us a ton of money! Best part! Service and done right for a reasonable price! All in all totally great experience.
