Unfortunately I cancelled our order due to the delay in getting our product. I do not know how the product is I just know that from my experience they say they try for 10-15 business days but that would have put my order as shipped on 6/21. It is 7/3 and they are telling me next week. Here are the details: I placed my order on 5/31. I approved the proof within 24 hours of it being sent. That process was smooth. I emailed on 6/21 asking the status. Got an email back saying it "scheduled to ship on or about 06/26 to the latest 06/27". I didn't hear anything. Emailed on 7/2 asking what the update was. I was told they were not made yet and would check. The next day, 7/3 I was told they were estimated to ship some time next week (7/8-7/12). I asked them to cancel and they cancelled the order. read more

I would avoid this company if you can. The product cost are good but their shipping rate turned out to be 25% of my total cost. I only ordered 6 hats and had to pay a little over $25 for shipping. Additionally once I received the product the logo and lettering was not done as agreed on through their proofing process. The letters were not aligned and the logo was not done correctly and was not even centered on the hat. One part of the logo had the horns connecting on one side and the other side it was done correctly and not connected. I called to get this straighten out but was told there was a 30 minute wait for customer service. That should have been a clue. I filled out a red quest to be contacted form which states they will contact you in 24 hours but that was 2 days ago. I have posted comments on their social media but have been told they will correct the mistake if the mistake was theirs. Well if you don't stitch the logo as indicated in the proof I would say that is your mistake. I'm glad a just did a test order because at this point it looks like I'll be eating the entire cost of the order. Don't get sucked in by their prices. This company used to be a good company but in the past few years it has gone downhill. Pricing of the clothing and shipping is expensive. I recently received an order that was covered in oil inside the box I paid $360 approximately and sent them a message even took pictures. They suggested that I may have spilled a drink on my order? And would only refund my next shipping cost. Their shipping cost is overly inflated almost double what it actually should be. Sizing of the clothing is often inconsistent depending on what brand you order. You need to be familiar with the brand of clothing ahead of time on what fits you and doesn't fit, some things will be excessively large and some items will be small. Getting a refund or replacement can be extremely difficult if they mess up your order. Quality of the embroidery is pretty good i have to admit. Well built website easy to navigate. I recently ordered a shirt and they printed the wrong name on it. Very slow and a headache to correct thier mistakes. Shipping is slow unless you pay allot extra. Hard to get a hold of a customer service representative if you have a problem, you have to write it in the helpdesk column online with your order number and details etc. I'm not a happy customer and I do not recommend using this company in the future. If you own a business I recommend going with a local embroidery company. read more

This jacket I ordered came out way better than I thought it would, and the jacket itself (Port Authority) was way more comfortable than I thought it would be. Final Update: I have continued to ask to SPEAK to someone. They have refused to speak to me. All communication must go through the ticket system. One Rep called me out for my review, more concerned about this forum than fixing the problem. So Sad! Now I await a refund to my account. They have lost, especially with the cooments from 'CS'. The best is, I have asked the same question "Why do i have to change my logo again?" and still no one has answered it. Yeah, sneaky stuff right there! Ultimately they are issuing a refund. It will be over soon. UPDATE: Received email that contained an apology & was informed of return instructions & label coming my soon. So, I will not have the product I needed for my event, but at least they are trying to make it right. That is huge! I may not like their process & timing on this, but I do understand they need to follow a process. WAS (Past Tense) great for years. This past order horrible. They forced a change in my logo. They are unresponsive and this is time sensative. Definately NOT the company I started working with 5 years ago. Some of the worst customer service you will receive! Their website and pricing is EXTREMELY deceptive! If you've placed an order with them before and decide you want to use another logo they will force you to pay $29.99, of course on the website it makes no mention of this and they advertise 'free' logo/embroidery. If you attempt to reach out and as about the price they will say it's standard and refuse to work with you on it - we placed an order for $300+ which was cancelled as a result of this policy. As others have mentioned their delivery shipping/processing window is typically 2 - 3 weeks. Because of their terrible customer serivce and deceptive pricing we won't be doing any more business with this company and would advise others to find alternative options. read more

LogoUp.com is using false advertising on their Facebook ads. They show a red beanie hat for $7.99 in the ad. The hat colors shown in the ad actually cost $12.99. Out of 23 available colors, only 6 colors actually cost $7.99 & none of those discounted colors are shown in their ads. When I pointed this out with screenshots in Facebook comments to their ads, LogoUp's reply was "Hi there, it is unbelievable how you are spending your time trolling our page. Please do not engage with us anymore. Thank you". I've spent $2,231.32 in LogoUp orders this year. No more. I can't support any company that does this false advertising bait & switch. read more

Total criminal scam. Beware. This company took my order, processed payment, and two weeks into he order told me it would be almost two more weeks before I would receive the order. After not responding to emails or phone calls, I posted a negative review. The very next morning, I received a email that my order has been canceled due to a negative review. I tried to get onto the website to log in and check my order status, only to find I have been blocked from the website. After investigation, it turns out the exact same thing has happened to many other customers. They must figure that we will be too concerned about now having to find another vendor the fill this order that we won't pursue the theft of payment. Criminal charges will be filed, and others need to do the same to shut down this bogus company. read more

I have been using LogoUp for approximately 15 years, for dress shirts, polos, winter jackets, spring jackets, and caps. Their product quality and pricing have always been good -- until now. I changed my one-person company name and therefore its logo, so I went to make a quick order of three polo shirts with the new logo. The three shirts came up to less than $90. The total bill? $167. LogoUp brags about not having a setup fee, they don't mention until you check out that there is a $40 logo fee. Additionally, for my chosen three microfiber shirts with a combined weight of less than a pound, they wanted to charge $27.99 for shipping. This wasn't a rush order or next-day shipping, nor was it coast-to-coast shipping. It was from a south Florida address (LogoUp) to a central Florida address (my home), on LogoUp's leisurely 7-to-10 day schedule. I could easily bicycle the distance in a fraction of that, and for less money. When I opened a chat to see if this was some kind of mistake or joke, the attendant was supremely unhelpful. She replied to my query with a screenshot of their shipping pricing breakdown, showing that shipping prices were based on the price of the order. Anything from $100 and up cost $27.99. If the order was $99.99, the shipping price was "only" $23.99. The attendant misread her own chart and told me that second price, which is beside the point but adds to the negative experience. LogoUp's pricing is misleading at both ends of the purchase. My order ended up being nearly double what the shirts cost. And who bases shipping fees on the price of the purchase? Especially a company that sells so many featherweight items with high prices? They lost a customer today. read more

Great experience start to finish. I spent hours vetting through other companies and ended up sticking with these guys. Firstly they beat everyone on price (a single hat for $9.99). Secondly, the site is really intuitive and easy to use. I was able to communicate exactly what I wanted and knew my exact final price at the time of Purchase. Quality control refuses to talk on the phone they will only deal with issues by email. So far we are 4 days and no solution. I had previously uploaded my logo (and paid a setup fee) to them and they actually created a pretty decent one-off beanie. I was happy with my order. Apparently, once in a row isn't a trend... About 2 months ago when they sent out yet another email with rock bottom prices I put in an order for 24 different items. They had no record of the previously uploaded logo AND once the logo was again uploaded they came back and said the pattern was too complicated and they DOUBLED the price. Be careful of hidden pricing and rude supervisors. As you can see from the picture I was quoted a very specific amount and then placed the order. A few hours later I was emailed and told of a price change because of thread count. Even though I was a returning customer and they knew the thread count and the quote specifically said it included embroidery. So my order went from 5.99 per item as you can see in the photo quote to 10.98 per item. Then I had the pleasure of speaking to the rudest supervisor ever. On our last order, there was a small mixup (it happens, we are human, right?) but what matters is not the mixup; what matters is how we respond to them. LogoUp was awesome! They have always done good work for me. The only reason it is not a 5 Star review is they did send me the wrong order once which was a huge issue when you receive a logo for one client and it is the wrong client's logo. No proof was ever sent to me since it was a re-order, so it's even harder to imagine how they messed it up. The person I spoke with on the phone rushed my order and got me t-shirts/hats the next day which was good, but the rest of my order was sent after the event was over.
