I have been blessed to have only been to a few funerals in my life but this was the first person that I really knew and had family ties to. I was actually really impressed with this Funeral home and the professional appearance of the family that ran it. I am pretty sure they knew my Grandparents and went to church with them. I am guessing that the building was a converted house from a long time ago as it felt more like a home than a business and you were there for an event rather than something sad. Everyone was very courteous and helpful even as we carted around our 3 kids. I in my own way have a great respect for this business and what they are able to do. It's funny that a place like this with its finality and ending would make you realize more clearly that life is so short and a beautiful precious gift, don't waste it, make it count.

After I left a message with the…read moreanswering service to ask why it wasn't there, Chris from the funeral home called back and yelled at me, and said I was never told there would be one. He completely lied to cover his mistake, and contradicted his own story multiple times. I understand mistakes happen, but how do you yell at someone who is mourning a loss just to cover your mistake??? I wish I could give this place zero stars.
