As I had no personal experience with any florists in Long Beach I decided to go with Lois Flower Shop based on all the positive reviews. This was the best decision I could have made as they did a fantastic job of creating a beautiful bouquet for our friend. I spoke with the lovely Sheryl who made sure my request was well executed. I gave her my budget and the result was a beautiful bouquet that our friend absolutely loved. So happy that I chose this florist for a special delivery.

These flowers are absolutely beautiful! The arrangement smells amazing and is arranged perfectly!

I use Lois Flower Shop for all my flower arrangements for my Mother-In-Law. Each time I leave it up to them to design, with some small requests (lots of shades of pink or please include lilies in some way). The designs are large, last 1.5 weeks atleast, and leave the home smelling fresh! read more

I went to Lois Flower shop to order flowers for a birthday. They asked what type of flowers we liked, who it was for, the occasion, and a budget. My wife left it up to their discretion to design an arrangement. I was a little uneasy not looking through the book to look at designs to get an idea of what I would like them to do, but the arrangement they came up with was magnificent. I live out of state and wanted to send some flowers to my daughter for her birthday. It was easy to order and navigate. I had left a note for them to deliver it after 2 because she has school/work. I appreciate that they paid attention to the note and she was home when they were delivered. My daughter FaceTimed me to tell me thank you and show me the bouquet. I was in awe. A large beautiful arrangement of flowers that were fresh and a week later still look like they were just prepared. I received the most stunning flower arrangement today from Lois Flower Shop. I truly don't know if I've ever seen such a beautiful arrangement. I just placed another order with Lois for birthday flowers for my Grandmother. Their work is always beautiful, and I can always count on them to deliver. I live out of town now and they are my go to when I need to send something special to my loved ones back at home. Whether you order online or by phone, it's always an easy process. Lois' Flower Shop is a flower shop run by Kathleen, Eileen and Tracey in Long Beach, MS. The shop has been family owned and operated since 1959. Lois' Flower Shop was taken over by the current owners after the aunt's passing in 2011. Though Lois may be gone, these sisters are ensuring that her dream continues on for years to come. With the continued support of the Long Beach community, they are able to keep her memory and spirit alive with ever smile a flower brings.

The florist told me she didn't have all the flowers for what I selected, but could put something together, which I was grateful and agreed. The arrangement was not close to what I paid for but it was more important to me that the family received an arrangement during their grieving time. The recipient contacted me on 6 July to inform me the flowers were dead after only a few days after delivery, despite proper care. I was out of town but did contact the florist at my soonest. She promised a replacement arrangement which never happened, so I contacted her again with a photo from the 6 July and to express my disappointment that they never sent a replacement arrangement. After many texts and the florist accusatory comments I told the florist not worry about a replacement or refund because at this point she had insulted my character. She told me she wish she had refused my order, due to a lack of flowers during the holidays and promised a refund, which never happened. I am very disappointed with the lack of quality and customer service and caution others against ordering from here.
