Stay away! It's interesting I never met my landlord in person- maybe that's because she didn't follow up with essentially anything- repairs, air/heat problems, animals, the list goes on. When she did follow up it was a 2-3 week process. I suggest not working with Kristen Lane. She is unprofessional, rude and sucks at communicating and doing her job. In my four years living in Charleston I have never worked with a landlord like this. Save your money and patience! read more
