This year I get a message from my CC: We've charged $239.00 at CORPORATE FILIN. WTF? I search through my old emails and see one from 2022 (see attached) So I guess they sent me another one last year? I'm pretty sure I didn't agree to have them do my filing! The "filing" takes 2 min: confirm your address etc. For them to do it you have to confirm with them and then they confirm with Sunbiz. Apparently that's a $190 service! You can act as your own registered agent in FL. If you are small and have a physical mailing address in FL these services might not be worth it to you. If you do use them, be prepared for lots of scary emails warning you that "You will be fined $400 if you don't register/file by May 1st every year." Then they try to upsell you and, even if you don't agree, try to charge you!

He took care of some really sick patients but was very capable, compassionate and brilliant. Staff worked at any time of the day or night if you had a non emergent situation. He treated Lyme, RA and patients with multiple chemical overload. He had a cardiologist that worked with him who was also great Dr Miller. Dr Sponaugle is an anesthesiologist, and an expert in PET scan reading. He also looked at the biochemistry of the body and the different pathways. His staff was awesome too with many being former military. I especially liked Candy and Caroline, they were the best nurses a patient could hope for. He gave me HOPE not only because of his God given talent but because his wife had little signs in treatment area that gave you hope. He had free food and lectures many nights to help you understand what was going on. I was really sick and it was hard and painful because chemical detoxing and herxing is not for the weak of faint of heart. They are expensive BUT they monitor you very very well. The treatment is tailored just for you. I got less abx dose at first on a few drugs but then increased as needed. Detox meds the same. Microbes don't always show up on first tests some times they come out after provocation. A man with RA was treated at the clinic with abx and he got better. I have 9 years of ICU experience at a level 4 trauma center, 13 years in integrative medicine, 6 years in out pt care, some home health and 2.5 years of clinical work at WFU plus at an Integrative medicine office. This experience allows me to make a knowledgeable recommendation. I know he had some law suits but because of the patients he took on that is one of the risks. He had a crash cart there and that made me feel better because reactions to medications and treatment is always a possibility with medications. The only down side you pay up front each week and then collect from your insurance. They had an outsource co. that could help you with that. One pt had Blue Cross and Blue Shield and they paid for most of their bill but I was not as fortunate.
