I scheduled a consultation visit with Dr. Lolachi to discuss my concerns regarding melasma and hyperpigmentation. The front office representatives are very friendly, professional, and efficient. Dr. Lolachi has great bed side manner. She listened attentively, and recommended a series of three chemical peels to treat my condition. She explained the procedure in detail. The treatments are scheduled in one month intervals. I immediately began to see results from my first treatment. How ? When? After I left her office I received a call from front office Telling me I forgot to Pay a consultation fee ! WTHeck!! I came to this place after I had read positive reviews, and came for the freezing treatment to reduce fat on chest area. Customer service was excellent, and doctor stated that I needed two freezing treatments to see a full change. After a month of treatment i came back for my second treatment worth $2700 (with a discount I got paying two session treatments in advance). On my second visit doctor stated that I was not going to see a change until two months later after second session/treatment. In addition, doctor suggested that I might need a third session/ trearment with a possible discount. Two months after that painful treatment I was scheduled for an after picture, but there is no change. Fat on chest didn't decrease. I wish doctor would have stated that trearment is NOT always successful. Treatment was a failure and I spent $2700 in two sessions/ freezing treatment. Very unsatisfied, I would definitely NOT recommend this painful and expensive and worthless treatment. read more

I first met with Dr. Lolachi for skin tag removal. She did a free and quick consultation and after I agreed to the procedure, she gently and promptly took care of me. I was pleased with the results and went back for an IPL facial. Dr. Lolachi took the time to explain everything that would happen beforehand and answered all my questions. I was nervous since it was a treatment on my face but I felt better knowing that it was the doctor herself that would do the treatment. I did a lot of research before coming in for my first free consultation. I wanted a place that was actually staffed by a medical provider and one that seemed to really care about the health of their clients. My first impression was wow! The office is super clean! Especially right now with COVID, cleanliness is important because it tells me how serious they are about infection control. The staff was very professional and friendly. Everyone had a mask on. Dr. Lolachi very knowledgeable yet approachable. Took time to answer my questions. No heavy pushing of one product or another. Very much left it up to me. This is just the start of my weight loss journey so can't comment on the effectiveness yet, but I was tired of traditional doctors trying to treat everything else except the main problem which is obesity. I didn't want to wait until I got to the morbidly obese stage so took it upon myself now because I don't want to be on medicines to treat the side effect of the main problem...let's just treat the main problem!!! I can wholly recommend Dr. Lolachi's cosmetic services. First of all, she is a board-certified physician, which gave me a comfort level even before I went to the Lolachi Institute. Secondly, her consultations are free, which is rare these days. Third, she is very conservative and will not recommend something you do not need, which is always a concern with cosmetic procedures providers. Fourth, most importantly, her skills gave me amazing results with Ultherapy treatments and small facial corrections with filler. Go see her, look at her book of before and after.
