The store is exceptionally clean and I love the layout. The waiting area is beautiful and comfortable with complimentary snacks and beverages for you to grab while you wait. The rooms have a bench for you to place your belongings. The tables are heated which enhances the experience and makes the treatments even more relaxing. She not only was able to do the services I requested (temple filler - which were higher level than some of the other RNs could provide), but she also recommended additional areas (neck, jaw) I had not been told about previously. Sometimes I hate to share my beauty secrets - what if I can't get in any more? But I have to trumpet the rockstars at OTSB (yeah I made that acronym up just now) because they keep us gala AND also fellas looking flawless. Obviously it's necessary to make an appointment, but if you're not sure what's right for you to look your best, just be honest and say "hey can I come for an evaluation?" What I love most here is they'll not try to rope you in or upsell. It's an ethical medspa (go figure!) where every treatment is to make you look and feel fab. I have been a client since back in the day - probably came by their week one. For a long time I resisted becoming a member, but finally I joined because they charge a monthly fee, yep, but the $ goes into your "bank" to buy stuff at the lower rates. See photos of some prices but also, just call them to see if there are package deals, etc. Of course yeah cost is important but what about the results? Well, anyone who has extensive history in the medical spa treatment world (like me!) can tell you this is A+ top skills here. Definitely get laser here. I have had laser genesis and IPL other places and was like "huh so what's the fuss" cos I saw no difference. Well, dang, technical ability and skill is crucial apparently because here I have seen real change! My IPL treatments (3 so far) have changed my skin to a 15 year younger complexion with little spots gone. Even some bigger pre-liver splotches are way lighter. They take photos so you can see before/after. The treatment is a bit painful for me, so fabulously thoughtful technician Steph numbs me first. Luv! On the other hand, laser genesis is relaxing (at least to me)! It's especially nice to get this treatment about a week before a big event because it makes the skin look plumped up and fresh. I like laying back on the comfy adjustable, reclining spa chair, and, well, snoring. I've also been to quite a few of their events, including bringing my mom to a consultation with their doctor. He was a sweetheart, and had some really thoughtful notes about my improvement goals. Plus we got a goodie bag! Another nice thing about coming here is there's always plenty of parking so you don't have to stress about driving around and looking for a spot before your appointment. Even at the busiest times of day like Saturday mid day there will be plenty of room. I could go on and on about how much I enjoy my treatments at OT, especially the laser ones. I have had a few treatments here... Coolsculpting -- I usually try to Coolsculpt a little each winter to get ready for summer. This is where you freeze your fat, and then basically you pee it out over the course of a few months...It has worked for me, I would check with them and see if you are a candidate if this is something you are interested in. I've done my banana rolls (back of thighs), stomach and back fat. It's kind of addicting Microneedling with PRP - this treatment gives you a fresh face. What they do is numb your face, and draw some blood which they then spin. They take needles and put your plasma from your blood back into your skin. It doesn't hurt but it feels uncomfortable in the forehead and nose area when they do it there. Afterwards you are dry and red but once it clears up in a week or so you have brand new skin that feels so soft! Almost like baby skin :) Hydrafacials - these are my absolute favorite. It's a facial with a special process and machine that takes out all the bad stuff and dirt that is deep in your face, and puts in a bunch of good stuff that makes you glow! I do these once a month and love them. If you were going to try one thing - I would vote for Hydrafacial! read more

I've specifically gone to OrangeTwist for a hydrafacial and a few microneedling sessions. After my most recent microneedling session, I experienced some complications post-procedure because I had introduced active ingredients back to my skin too early - completely my fault for not being careful. Obviously freaking out that I may have permanently damaged my face, I immediately reached out for guidance and was suggested to come in for a follow-up. Stacy, the PA who performed my microneedling, and Steph were both very helpful and attentive, providing reassurance & advice on how I can get my skin back to normal as well as general knowledge for future skin care. A few weeks later & now my face is back to normal and even better as a result of the microneedling (despite the temporary nightmare)...! First time patient, during consult I asked to have Juvederm filler injected into my earlobe as my left earring hole has stretched causing my earrings to droop on the left ear. I've had the filler injected at a plastic surgery center before and requested it done at OrangeTwist. RN Maria was very honest with me advising me she had never performed that procedure before and would do some research and advise if she could do it. I called here before I stepped in for the first time and inquired about their different facials. I informed them that my most area of concern is black heads around my lip area and was told to do the (more expensive) hydro facial rather than the classic hand facial that includes extractions. I went with what I was told and paid the extra $$ and came out with all the black heads plus more exposed . I asked the front desk about it and they just said I booked the wrong one and can't expect them all to be gone. The problem is none are gone and the 1 hour facial actually only lasted 40 minutes which makes me think they skipped bunch of steps too. After moving to the South Bay from NorCal last summer, I needed to find a go-to place for botox and fillers so that brought me to OrangeTwist. I happen to also live very close by in El Segundo. The med spa is clean and there is plenty of parking. The front desk is customer friendly, and they practice Covid safety measures. I met with them for a botox and filler consultation but also was interested in the Coolsculpting promotion. I ended up signing up for the membership because I do like to keep up maintenance on my injections. Coolsculpting was good, but not without some discomfort, however, I have already seen good initial results. I look forward to seeing more as time goes on. For the injections, Maria is great and very attentive. She's conservative with her recommendations which is good to know that I won't walk out of there looking too "plastic." I've asked them not to contact me since they stole my money for services never rendered. They tried to change companies to get away with this. I had bought a package and every time I tried to schedule they canceled because of training, sick, ext. so many excuses and all of a sudden they are a new company and they said I forfeit my previous packages. It was so frustrating. I asked them to never contact me again yet they continue to text me promotions hoping to sucker me and others out of their money to never provide services. I've returned for more Coolsculpting. You won't find better service, locally, than here, I highly recommend it!! I previously did only one treatment on each of my two "problem areas" (inner thighs and flanks). I definitely saw a small change with the one treatment, before a vacation, but I knew one treatment wouldn't be enough. 6 months later I've finally joined a gym, but want quicker results in the same problem areas (thighs/flanks). At 58 I'm not building muscle as fast as I use to and I just wanted a big boost in reaching my goals sooner. I know this works and I'm so excited for summer now! Call to see if they're having any specials, that's the best time to do this. Stephanie was my nurse who did my treatments today - she's awesome! She Clearly knows what she's doing and had me hooked up with 2 machines in no time! They now have 4 machines which is super impressive, you can do multiple areas at the same time which is a huge time saver. Not many places have more than one machine. I have been a customer for a number of years and sadly the providers I have trusted with my treatments have all left. The new staff are friendly but there is definitely a lot more upselling. Also, I receive an excessive amount of communications for a single appointment and it is super annoying. I receive no less than five communications per appointment - a confirmation text, confirmation email, reminder phone call, reminder text and reminder email. Then after the appointment, I receive a text and email for their customer service survey. I have never missed an appointment, in fact, when making an appointment you have to agree to a "no show" fee. Additionally, more than half the time my appointment gets rescheduled by the provider because as a paying customer, I need to accommodate the provider. I have a few pre-paid treatments left to use and then I will not be returning. read more
