AN arrangement was delivered to the address and recipient I chose on the date arranged. Unfortunately, the flowers that arrived were not what I had ordered. The flowers received were tall yellow roses,yellow daylilys and ferns in a tall vase. I contacted the seller and kindly expressed my concerns, they said they'd have to "get back with me". The recipient of the flowers also emailed the seller a picture of the flowers. In truth, the flowers were beautiful and fresh. They simply were not what I ordered. To date, the seller has not yet called me back to discuss the issue as they said they would. If the website had advertised that they were in the business of taking $60 and sending your loved-one "something" nice, I would not be upset. Based on this poor customer service, I would not recommend this business to anyone.
