I placed an online order 5/13/17 for Mother's Day. When my ordered was delivered to the recipient they weren't the ones that I ordered. I am disappointed with this company, this was my first and last time dealing with them! They also wont respond to my emails so I called them earlier and was told they'd exchange them or give me store credit BUT their site sites they have a 10 day refund/exchange policy doesn't mention anything about store credit. It's now past Mother's Day so receiving more flowers would be pointless! I just want a full refund. BEWARE when ordering from them that you MAY NOT get the exact flowers you ordered from this business!!! A friend/neighbor sent a fruit basket through an "online florist" to the hospital for my husband. We discharged sooner than anticipated and missed the delivery at the hospital. So this "online florist" chose Will & Dee's florist to deliver a fruit basket to our home. With the door open (full view glass front door-very visible), my husband was sitting with a friend who was visiting. The friend thought he noticed "something" in the dusk of the evening on or around our front porch. A short time later, got a phone call from someone asking for my husband, only to tell him that the fruit basket was left on the porch. THE FREAKIN' FULL VIEW DOOR WAS OPEN, YOU SAW THEM SITTING, WHY DID YOU NOT RING THE DOORBELL AND GIVE THE FRUIT BASKET TO THEM, instead of leaving it on the porch. IT WAS IN VERY POOR TASTE. THE FRIEND WHO SENT THE BASKET WAS VERY UPSET. I WILL NEVER USE THIS FLORIST AND I WOULD ADVISE OTHERS TO SHOP AROUND FOR OTHERS WHO HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY!!!
