However, we were gifted a Groupon so that's how we knew about OUAC. When we went it was a cloudy and rainy day so it wasn't crowded at all, which was nice. The place was unique because it had many different stations and activities for your kids to play. It's like a huge Montessori playground. My boys loved the train ride and riding on the dinosaurs the most. I like that the place includes both indoor and outdoor stations. The place seems rather small compared to an amusement park like Six Flags, but it's just enough. Kids can easily spend 30 minutes - 1 hour in just one location so I really like how they can enjoy their time and casually play without parents feeling overwhelmed to get everything done to maximize the amount of money spent. We didn't host a birthday party here, but there were other parties booked. I don't know how much it costs, but let me say that the decorations were beautiful! I'm not sure if it was included or if the parents decorated themselves, but if you wanted to go all out for your child, you certainly can. The staff were also ALL super sweet and friendly! The place plans for everything, like rain. They had numerous umbrellas for patrons to use within the grounds. When it started to rain, all the staff were asking if we needed umbrellas, and one even was willing to run in the rain to get us one! Seriously, I've never seen such hospitality in an establishment from everyone! I also would recommend going here on a weekend because according to their website, more stations and activities are open during that time. Even if it's more crowded, I think it is worth it. They helped me out so much during the planning process of my wedding. Helping me pick out colors, center pieces, and all of the decorations for the wedding. They answered all of my questions that I had. On the day of the wedding they were able to get everything set up inside of the venue, so that way I could just focus on getting ready and not stress about time. We also used there catering service for the BBQ food and it tasted amazing. We had leftovers to take home with us that lasted a good few days. All In all i am so glad i used Diamond and Pearl service . They made my wedding day perfect and made it so smoothly. I would recommend them to any bride that wants less stress on their wedding day.

I'm talking I needed four waiters four days before my wedding... oh and let's add that it's on a holiday! Bree was so courteous the first time that I called her. I had actually spoken to a couple other service providers in the area and unfortunately.. it didn't seem like they wanted my business and I felt brushed off. when I called diamond and Pearl services Bree answered the phone and we chatted for about 20 minutes. I could tell she was in the middle of something as I could hear the wind whipping behind her and people in the background. I had told her that if she needed to she could call me back, however she insisted that now was a good time. That meant the world to me especially after being treated so poorly from other companies. I was able to get a quote from her immediately over the phone and within the next few days have a contract signed and paid for. When I called to give her the payment me and Bree ended up chatting for an hour! She knows her stuff! Even though I wasn't using her as a wedding coordinator I would highly recommend her. During our conversation we talked about all the little last-minute things that brides tend to forget and chatted. She is so friendly and personable! The day went off without a hitch and her staff was incredible. I am very grateful for not only her kind words and help during this time but being able to get four people on a holiday last minute for me. It's extraordinary the lengths she went to to make sure that I would be taken care of. I'm humbled by it. There's plenty of parking outside and inside is set up where you can have tables and chairs in one area and there's an area where they serve food out of. When we showed up there were missing tables that were discussed in the decorations meeting and missing decorations on some tables, plus the balloon color theme was wrong. Now the Venue was set up beautifully enough that we made it worked as none of the issues could be fixed on the day of. But it was disappointing and frustrating knowing that things that were talked about in the decoration meeting didn't actually happen. Also there were 3 drink pitchers on sight that we had planned to use and by the time we saw them, they were all broken, so we had to just set out all the bottles of drinks instead of a cute display.
