The fried cheese curds have a super crispy crunchy coating, probably Panko breadcrumbs, and they were amazing. Served hot and fresh. The Benedict burger was good (2 thinner patties with cheese and sauce between and on top). Super hot, juicy and messy like a good burger should be. The egg was perfectly cooked with the white done and the yolk runny. It was really good but I can't wait to try a plain cheeseburger because I think it would be great. The only thing I could say to improve was the lettuce was soggy, but that could have easily been because the patties were so hot and cheese so melty, the heat could have wilted the lettuce. They proceeded to try to sell me their pepperoni pizza with an add on of mushrooms which made it $10 instead of the $9.50 price of the pizza I ordered.
