Their blended coffees are our favorite--best consistency that we've had (and we drink everyone's from Starbucks to Dunkin to Timmy's, and this is light years better in consistency every time). My sister is celiac and she does okay with the syrups here (just double check as their seasonal beverages change). As a precaution she stays away from blended drinks, so not sure how allergen-safe the blended coffee may be but she LOVES the cold brew (and so do I when I'm feeling like I need a different type of drink). It's a great way to save some money while getting yummy drinks (and/or food)! We love everything we've tried, but our favorite hits (depending on the person): -Fluffy Cloud Cold Brew (extra flavor, add lots of oatmilk) -Nutty Squirrel (sometimes cream freeze--no espresso, sometimes sugar-free/reduced calorie with almond milk) -Frozen Matcha with almond milk -Iced Steamer (for those that don't partake in coffee but want to feel like a real person, add vanilla and the supreme pumpkin flavor when available, no whip) Every barista (and even the owner, Tim) is great! It is usually very busy with walk-ins, online orders and pickups for Uber, Grubhub and Door Dash. The staff is very friendly and interacts with each other and the customers while they are filling orders. They usually remember our family's four drink orders when we come in. One of our family members has a severe gluten allergy and the baristas are very careful when making her order. She can also have the delicious gluten free brownies. Some of the amazing ladies are Tori, Alena, Kay, Morgen, Jaisa, Greenlee, and Quinn. The owner, Tim, is great, too. It brightens our day to visit this Biggby. They have a board with upcoming Bay City activities and ways to help with community fundraisers. The daily trivia question is challenging and the seasonal decorations ate fun! Thanks for being a tasty coffee shop with outstanding camaraderie!
