Our vehicle was to be ready in 2 weeks... it needed a new bumper due to a rear end collision. Very simple job. White Ram 2500 which we call Betty White. We call the day before so we could make arrangements for the rental vehicle return and we were told it would be ready as scheduled. The day comes and goes. We called midday the next day and were told it would be ready that afternoon it is getting washed and the manager would be calling. No call! Day 3 early afternoon we are told it is in line to get cleaned it will be later this afternoon. "I will give you a call" said the gentleman handling this call. Around 3 p.m. The insurance company called because of something else, but happened to be there. He checks in on Betty White... mind you it's now 3 p.m. and Betty White might not be ready by end of day. I was very clear that we needed it by end of day. I hate to be stern but I t's 3 days past due, 2 days waiting to get washed, and it's late Friday afternoon. Around 3:30 it was ready. We pick it up, the invoice is incorrect and we waited for that to get resolved. The bumper looks great... it wasn't a big job. It's a very clean common area, the place smells great... the employees at the front desk upon drop off and pickup were very polite and professional. I was seriously hoping for a better experience. The wash was poor.

When we arrived there, the man in the first front desk, he asked what was I getting done today and I told him I was scheduled with Jason to get an oil change and I know Jason heard me because his desk is the one next to the man. Jason was busy with two other people and he was not following Covid regulations. He didn't wear a mask talking to the people before me and didn't practice social distancing either but then he saw me wearing a mask and then wore a mask when he was around me. I waited for a good 20 minutes until Luke came by and helped me. He was very sweet and extremely helpful. Luke just got finished helping a customer and approached us quickly so we didn't have to stand around for too long. We saw Jason just roaming around and not doing anything and Luke said he will help us instead with the oil change. We were so glad that Luke has so much great customer service and Jason wasn't the ideal the person to be speaking with next time we're in to service our car. Great job Luke! Had to edit my review. I just looked at my app and it says I have 9% oil life left and it was updated 17 Hours ago. Ford Estabrook didn't even change the oil out my car and I have to waste more gas to go back there to get it done right. I paid $54 for a oil change here& they didn't do squat to my car. WTF.

I have a mixed review for this business. I will say that as…read morefar as the job that was done to my car, top notch. They knocked it out the park with their workmanship and I was thoroughly pleased when I picked up my car. I had a minor fender bender that caused a need to replace the fender and number and blend the paint. When I picked it up it looked brand new. However, here comes the bad part. When I dipped it off I left my phone number and shortly received a welcome text. Two weeks later and I hadn't heard from them either via call or by text. So I called them. I got a let me have the service guy call you back. They called and I asked for a status on the car, oh we are waiting on your insurance company to approve the work. Ok, so why haven't I been notified or updated. Oh you should've gotten a text. Nope, no text received. Oh I'm so sorry let me send you a text right now, the lady up front may have gotten your number wrong. I got the text and responded, yes this is the same number I got a text from 2 weeks ago. I m sorry sir I have no idea how that happened. Another week passes with no communication I text and don't get a response so I call, we are waiting on a part from the dealership. Ok, still why haven't I been updated. I'm u sure why you're not getting our texts. Hmmm. Another week passes, I say it's been 4 weeks and this is getting a bit ridiculous, oh sir certainly you were told when you dropped it off it's 2 to 4 weeks. No, no one said a thing other than they will keep you updated which they didn't. Long story short, A+ on the body work and F on the communication. It was an insurance claim so I only had my deductible but the total seemed to be a good value for the work done.

They'll do you a great job repairing your wrecked vehicle! I would highly recommend themread more
