Although they updated the laundromat with new machines, the prices are outrageous, you can never get into the large machines because their employees constantly have them full. There are no baskets available because their employees have them stacked as high as they can with laundry and you can never use the restroom because they are always using it. They should just shut down and be a laundry service, not a laundromat, if this is how they are going to treat paying customers. I do not go to the laundromat for small loads and need the large load washers. I need to use the baskets to move them and when I'm there for a couple hours, I may need to use the restroom as well. read more

Just reopened after a LONG renovation. Prices have increased with extra cost options printed on the washers and dryers. This morning, a man started his laundry, went to his car, and the door locked on him. His laundry was inside; he was outside. The staff did not arrive until 9:15 am, and the times posted on the door read: 8 AM. Please don't yell at the staff. This shoddiness is caused by ownership not being onsite, and there's no competition in town. Entrepreneurs: here's your opportunity. If you need to do laundry regularly, drive to Heber. You can eat at fabulous restaurants while you wait, shop at the Heber Christian Center and enjoy a pleasant half day! read more

Lolo's had all I needed to catch up on some mountain sports laundry. Large top load washers are 3.25, double and commercial (large bedding etc) washers are more. Dryers are 75 cents to start. And yes the low is still hot. Carts are available to switch and folding tables are along the walls. Great service for the area. read more

These people just use a public laundromat in SLC and take the place over. They don't speak English and are rude to anybody who tries to get them to move or tries to ask them questions. They use every available service and are there nearly all day every day. Absolutely no care or concern for anybody else. read more

I went to wash 3 king comforters. Wendy assisted me to determine which washers to use. How many soap pods to use and the temperature of the water. When it came time to drying Wendy directed me to which dryers to use. The temperature to set it at and how much time for each. Angele was mopping the floor and wiping the tables when I arrived. When my comforters were done drying Angele saw me trying to fold them and came over to help! Both ladies were so helpful! read more

I don't use laundromats often but was on a extended work trip and needed to do some laundry. The place seemed decent enough and was relatively clean. What prompted my negative review was my experience with the manager Veronica, just shortly before I was to leave. She was extremely rude!! I had a basket that was full of bags of my other clean laundry that I had just folded and was just waiting for my last load in the dryer, that literally had 2 mins left on the clock when she asked for my cart. I told her I was waiting for my last load to finish in a minute and then I would be done with the cart. She said she couldn't wait and grabbed it! Literally 1 min later as she was filling my cart with laundry from another dryer, I was stuck taking my own laundry out piece by piece, and placing it on a chair to fold. Definitely not a way to keep business when you treat customers poorly. Do not recommend this place! read more

Looked around. Most the top loaders are out of order. I don't like front loaders because they harbor so much mold. But the ones that were not out of order were dirty. Lots of soap and detergent dumped all over, hair, just dirty machines. No thanks. I'll keep hoping for a cleaner laundromat. Obv has to be out of town as this is the only one in all of Park City. :( read more

Great place to go with large bulky blankets etc. the extra large load washing machines made cleaning linens super convenient. If you prefer to have them do the laundry and want to use the service I recommend calling a couple of days ahead to be sure they can accommodate your laundering needs. I will definitely use them again when visiting our home in Park City. read more

Traveling to park city for work and needed laundry service. Came across lolo's services and dropped off for wash, dry and fold services. Due to COVID there hours are special, Silly me, only traveling for the first time in this pandemic didn't think to check for a special schedule. Turned out pick up for this service is closed on Saturday and Sunday. I desperately needed to pick up my laundry due to my travel schedule. I left a message on the machine and 10 minutes later I got a call from the manger Laura (I believe her name was) and she graciously agreed to meet me at the laundry mat to pick up! Wow what amazing service. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help a poor traveler out! I will always recommend this place for service! read more
