The service was also fantastic and communication was done through text message and phone call. They brought dumpster within 1 day of me requesting it, each time. The dumpsters are in great condition and not falling apart. On the first occasion, the dumpster was not picked up on the scheduled day, but we got an extra week from it. The second time, it was dropped off and picked up exactly as scheduled. On the 3rd occasion, I put i request in online, but something went wrong with the system and it was not delivered on the requested day. I called and they fixed the error and upgraded my dumpster size for free. In addition, I also requested an additional 4 days past the 10 days for a total of 14 days. They picked it up a week after that, giving me a total of 25 days with it. This company is very lenient and willing to work with you. Just give them respect as well and work with them like they are people you are renting from and not just some company. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

So I talked to the owner, which is a nice black gentleman on the phone that claimed he was a veteran He promised that I won't experience at this time and said that it would be picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday morning, the latest and the owner promised that I wouldn't have a bad experience again. Well, he didn't pick it up on Tuesday because it was the day after Labor Day so that's understandable. I called this morning which is Wednesday and they promised to pick it up in between one and 2 PM. I told them good because I'll be on a flight to Florida and I don't wanna worry about that when I land My flight lands 5 o'clock today Wednesday and I get angry. Text messages from my customer saying the dumpster still has not been picked up. I called the company and I said what's going on it's still daylight out and it's 5 o'clock and they said oh we'll get it tomorrow no sorry nothing why they were late or did didn't pick it up just we'll get it tomorrow This company obviously is very busy because they have decent pricing but their customer service besides the girl that runs the phone.
