He offered us an incredibly reasonable rate, drove us to four (count em, four!) wineries spread out all over Los Olivos in five or so hours, took photos so we could disconnect from our phones and really enjoy the wine/view/experience, he was prompt, helpful, and most of all, absolutely safe behind the wheel. My 85 year old mother, not one to randomly shower praise, said, "Taffy was outstanding. Friendly and concerned about our comfort, helping us get on the shuttle and offering us cold water. Best part, she made the ride very comfortable. She was very cautious and reduced speed considerably on the windy parts of the road - we did not feel like we had to hang on to something keep from slipping around in our seats.
