Set in the heart of Finsbury Park, the track and gym is a fantastic resource for kids, athletes and…read morethe aged. The track encircles the London Blitz American Football pitch and is of a reasonable standard. What I like about the track is that alongside the young athletes, I have witnessed several men aged 60+, putting themselves through their paces. It is the same with the gym. old and young alike working their bodies as hard as they can. The facility of changing rooms, gym and showers are grotty in a Rocky Balboa kind of way, but at £3.30 for an adult and £1.65 concession, I won't complain to much. The gym is spacious but many of the machines do not have pins. The ones that do are connected so you cannot move them around the floor. There are no clips to keep weights on the bars either, so when you lift the bar, you have to hope your left and right sides are equally strong or the weights will slip right off. A big plus with the gym is that you do not need an induction. So if you are in the area and fancy a quick workout on the cheap, maybe this is your answer. I will warn you again though, do not expect any frills, as there are none.

He covered the basics of archery (with the emphasis on safety, naturally) efficiently, leaving us lots of times to shoot arrows at the targets. There were five of us at the session and I think everyone enjoyed it, Somehow, I don't think I will make the next Olympics, but it was certainly good fun. I would recomment anyone to give it a try!

The bartenders were so friendly, and other Gooner fans were more than classy (to be expected). Everyone was so helpful in trying to find us tickets. They introduced us to a woman named Pat, and she got us 3 tickets to watch Nasri score a brace over the Man U scum. Later we went back to drink, and my friend broke a bar stool. It was really cool to see everything during their off season and their gift store was very clean. Jerseys were all organized. The tour gave us pretty much all access to areas that on a normal day a fan would not be able to see! It takes you on an audio guided tour through the entire stadium pointing out facts about the stadium and history of the team. It was nice to walk around at your own pace and not feel pressured to keep moving. It was even nicer to be able to see the suites, player's locker room, and most of all be down by the pitch and sit in one of the players seats, but almost more important all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. At the end of the tour it puts you in the Arsenal team store which was very big and had almost any Arsenal item that you may want. So, if you are a Gunners fan and want to have a cool experience to get closer to your team go on the Arsenal Stadium tour.
