Don't call them if you are 63 or have worked in the last 10 years. At least that is why i got declined for them to take my SSDI case. They should put that on their web page so people don't waste there time calling them! read more

Response to Mr. London's comment on my review: The only thing frustrating about the disability process was dealing with London Disability. You respond in writing to my reviews, but won't respond in writing to my case. Again you are ignoring my request. Please respond to me in WRITING via the emails you have been ignoring for a year. Also this is EXACTLY what happened with my case and I have proof of everything. I will be retaining legal counsel against London Disability for taking my money, mishandling my case and refusing to communicate with me regarding a resolution. I have spent 2 1/2 years being passed around to representatives, not having calls returned and being outright lied to. I did 95% of the work myself and provided 8 years of medical documentation. I was told I had to work with the Doctors myself because they weren't getting back to them. I spoke to two different attorneys to express my concerns over doing everything myself yet paying them. I had over 600+ documents in my case file and sent them pictures and videos which weren't used nor were my records from a decade of pain management. A week before my case I was assigned an attorney who said I had a very strong case and a favorable judge. He said he would condense everything into an outline to present to the judge, then a day later said he couldn't, so I wound up doing it. Less than a minute before the judge called on the day of my hearing my attorney sent a text message saying that the onset date was going to be amended but that it would NOT affect my case and I would receive exactly what I was fighting for. After the hearing I contacted my attorney to ask how changing the onset date wouldn't affect my case. He said it was just for "filing purposes" and sent me a calculation as to what I would receive in backpay and a monthly payment from Social Security. My check from Social Security was significantly less than what my attorney said it would be. When I called him, he said yes, the amount was incorrect and that SS had incorrectly calculated my monthly payment to be 8% less than it should actually be and that he would contact SS. A week later he sent me a text saying that SS was actually correct because of the onset date used. I reiterated that this is not what he told me at my hearing and he not only did not admit fault or offer resolution, he changed his entire story. I asked him if I could have gotten what the appeal was for and he flat out lied saying that he advised me to go with the onset date, but that I could have gone against it and argued my case. I would have if he would have given me correct information. After waiting a year and a half for my hearing my attorney made an error and didn't even understand the implications of changing the onset date. I contacted the attorney whom I expressed my previous concerns to. He agreed with me and said they would be willing to come up with a resolution. I received a letter from Scott London stating that my attorney "zealously argued my case to the judge". Given the fact that my attorney didn't even understand that changing the onset date would change the outcome of my case, that would not be true. The letter also stated that I could file an appeal. London Disability made the error and it needs to be resolved by them this is not an instance I would file an appeal. I have been asking for proof of the "zealous argument" made by my attorney and how his company could take their payment from me after making a huge error in my case and how they are going to resolve this. I have been sending emails to Mr. London since 6/2023 stating that for many reasons I wish to communicate via email. All requests are disregarded and instead Mr. London calls me and leaves a voicemail. I again request written communication and it's ignored. He refuses to provide a resolution. I have also asked what the job requirements are for their attorneys, if I was represented me by an actual attorney and why London Disability is not B.B.B. accredited. I have received no answers whatsoever. read more

2 years to get a ALJ hearing and I spoke with London Lawyer 2x 1 time to tell me he was representing and the week if the ON the Phone (Covid Protocol) . Never asked me To provide any needed documents just copy of Doctors I have been with.The morning of the hearing after the back and forth Legal gargon with ALJ and their advisor My London lawyer asked me to tell the judge what's wrong..I was like what do mean he said like your daily routine ?? Stuff like that. Anyway while I was talking the judge had a question for London lawyer, I think he was on another call or something Cause the Judge kept Calling his name on the conference call no reply..3 or 4x so disappointing. No n information giving up front, no advise who to see what medical info would be needed, 3 different assistance ( turn over...I will be handling your case ) Not at All what I expected and Very Very disappointed and couldn't recommend them for traffic court...So Sad. My fault for not reading the Real Review that they Can't Minipulate.. Be Ware if you think you'll get good ethical help fir your disability.... Smh Lesson Learned read more

Very responsive staff, and very reliable communication. Everyone there is friendly, and seems to have an honest investment in their clients. The location is very close to my VA hospital on Green St., but their offices were ultra helpful with electronic communications, so they can reach out to a wide array of constituents. read more

The absolute worst. Little to no communication about my case and as soon as i asked a question about me returning to work I get a letter stating my case was dropped. Didnt even have the decency to call me. I could've done what they done. I don't recommend them at all!! read more

I had filed a disability case with London Disability and waited almost 2 years for a hearing. Finally, the hearing was scheduled and one of the lawyers was rude; nefarious and belligerent before the scheduled hearing and quit on me. The employees and my escort witness this bad behavior at the hearing. I talk with the Judge and it was decided (consultation & my family) that I would represent myself and I received my SSDI. A lesson learned sometimes we can represent ourselves and not pay someone who doesn't care about you get paid. Don't feel intimidated by someone who wears suits, they may have self-confidence issues and low morale dealing with the vulnerable community. I have proof! read more

Everything seemed okay in the beginning but for some mysterious reason some of my medical records were not accepted into evidence in the initial hearing and the lawyer never asked why. Then when I was denied, absolutely no new records had been submitted with the Appeal Request despite the fact that I had been back to the doctor numerous times. My request was denied, and London Disability dropped my case immediately. I had very inadequate Counsel and it is hard to get another lawyer to take it further. Never spoke to a lawyer only an answering service. My case was missing over half my medical records and they refused to help with with no explanation given. Not a phone call just a 4 sentence letter. Bad business if you ask me read more
